DEI am re-evaluating my previous review. I am re-evaluating my previous review. It has taken time but they finally got my system working, with a lot of help from a local software expert. I personally still believe it would have been better to wait for an item with the correct software, rather than have a "fix". On the whole the UK Satellite Team provided a good response to this problem.

FRRapid and helpful service The viewing card arrived within 3 days and the internet set-up procedure was straightforward. A telephone hotline is now available and very quickly resolved a minor problem that I had (a mistake on my part when filling in the activation form). Strongly recommended!

BD'' Much better provider'' Been with them since 2014 now and we have never had any problems at all. We get excellent TV and exceptional customer support, even on weekends and holidays! Switched from skycards.eu due to poor service and support and have never looked back
