Quick response Quick response to initial inquiries and have had a couple of teething problems however they acted quickly and the problems were resolved. Same-day response to e-mails and always answered the telephone.

Pleased with the Service So far I have been quite pleased with the service. Shipping time for the hardware was reasonable, and reaction time has been great from the service folks. I've changed my programming twice without any issues and the changes took place within the timeframe indicated by the website.

Setting up VPN Marc could not have been more helpful in the setting up of the VPN connection. He even responded to emails on a Sunday. Hence the 5 star rating. On the other hand, I find the content of the Sky packages of very poor quality and extremely expensive. I had hoped that VPN would give me BBC iPlayer but I have been disappointed.

Extremely honest and trustworthy… Extremely honest and trustworthy company. Despite repeated attempts to get their equipment up and running, in the end I couldn't. Not sure if it was their equipment or my main router and WiFi. Returned equipment and received full refund within days, good comms and support. May order again in New Year, which hopefully will produce better results.
