FRRapid and helpful service The viewing card arrived within 3 days and the internet set-up procedure was straightforward. A telephone hotline is now available and very quickly resolved a minor problem that I had (a mistake on my part when filling in the activation form). Strongly recommended!

FRSetting up VPN Marc could not have been more helpful in the setting up of the VPN connection. He even responded to emails on a Sunday. Hence the 5 star rating. On the other hand, I find the content of the Sky packages of very poor quality and extremely expensive. I had hoped that VPN would give me BBC iPlayer but I have been disappointed.

DEI am re-evaluating my previous review. I am re-evaluating my previous review. It has taken time but they finally got my system working, with a lot of help from a local software expert. I personally still believe it would have been better to wait for an item with the correct software, rather than have a "fix". On the whole the UK Satellite Team provided a good response to this problem.

GBVery poor Very poor, no telephone contact number. Where is the service? No email response at weekend, I have gone with another company. Also looked through previous reviews and seen messages / threats of legal response for not cancelling or sending the card back?? Please forward these legal / illegal responses to me and I will look over them whilst me and my solicitor have a laugh!
