DEI am re-evaluating my previous review. I am re-evaluating my previous review. It has taken time but they finally got my system working, with a lot of help from a local software expert. I personally still believe it would have been better to wait for an item with the correct software, rather than have a "fix". On the whole the UK Satellite Team provided a good response to this problem.

ATHi again! Hi again! Turns out there was just something wrong with the emails. UK Satellite TV did not get my latest messages and only had the old ones from last year, to which they had promptly replied back then. Anyway, thanks to this here site UK Satellite TV got my message and even before I could read their reply the problem with my card was fixed! So, great opinion restored, 5 stars awarded, thanks again! Monika

GBNO ACCESS TO WEBSITE FOR SUPPORT OR INSTRUCTIONS!! Ordered the card and VPN router for my friend that I stay with in NL several times a year. Everything arrived, however, now when we go to access the website for help with the installation, whether he accesses it in NL or I try to access it in US, it says FORBIDDEN with the error response 403. I can understand if there's an issue with accessing the site from the US, but when I ordered it on 6Dec while in NL, there were no issues whatsoever. This is really poor service as now we can't even get any support to help set it up. If that's the case, we're still within our 14 day full refund return window and we'll just send everything back and go elsewhere.....
