DKI cannot get any of their products to… I cannot get any of their products to work properly. Cannot even contact support, require a different password and the password reset link never came.

DKTke care when cancelling subscription! The service worked fine until netflix decided to crack down on dns. Not the fault of the dna provider. So I logged in and ended my subscription. Or I thought I did. After a few years I noticed they still charged my account. I found out that their cancel subscription process is made to make it appear like you cancel unless you are extra carefull. It seems dishonest and almost like a sham. Shame on you, who otherwise provides a good service worth paying for.
