GBCustomer support? - Not any more! I have used unblock-us.com for over a… I have used unblock-us.com for over a year, and for along time found them one of the best vpn providers I had tried. Relatively simple to set up and to check / manage on a day to day basis. Customer service was prompt and efficient, with problems being responded to and sorted within a few hours. Recently however it is clear that they have been targeted by the BBC and I am regularly unable to access U.K. channel. I was told that, if I experienced problems I should wait a few minutes and their servers would automatical switch to a new IP address. Unblock-us have now totally stopped responding to customer service requests. Are they overloaded, not bothered, or have I been black-listed? In any event, I am going to cancel my subscription.

IEUnblock-US and Netflix Unblock-Us DOES still work for the US Netflix although a bit slow at loading, which is why I looked up if Netflix blocked it or not. It started playing after a couple of minutes and is running fine now.

AUvery poor, service and support very poor,, after many years of using this service their support and service is now useless, the past few months been having problems with the service the support end just reads of idiot cards and then cannot fix issue, they even say its working from our end, great, but the customer still has issues, my sub runs out 29th June and will never renew

DKWebsite promises far more than it can deliver! Your website does not reflect what one is paying for. With procedures that show how to setup various devices, apparently well knowing that it doesn't work at all. Only on a PC... This statement should be written clearly. I had to find out during the user communities online. However after a couple of mails back and forth I finally got my money back.

DKTke care when cancelling subscription! The service worked fine until netflix decided to crack down on dns. Not the fault of the dna provider. So I logged in and ended my subscription. Or I thought I did. After a few years I noticed they still charged my account. I found out that their cancel subscription process is made to make it appear like you cancel unless you are extra carefull. It seems dishonest and almost like a sham. Shame on you, who otherwise provides a good service worth paying for.
