I feel I am insistent for a response to… I feel I am insistent for a response to clarify the delay everywhere! This is my first time buying from the official website of huion, I bought a kamvas 13 around the 3rd of March. On the 7th it got to México and cleared customs on the 9th. Since then there hasn't been any other updates on the tracking! I've sent an email to support and they said they've contacted the courier company, on the 18th, and haven't gotten a response yet despite them urging. I've also sent one to the carrier from China and my local carrier but nothing.

Horrible Response Time and Roundabout Solutions. Their customer service representative spent a very long time to just respond to an email. They did not communicate effectively and kept going in circles attempting to delay a replacement of a device over and over and over again. My device has a simple issue and just needs to be replaced, however they have yet to do this and still keep delaying. It has been almost 4 MONTHS of trying and yet, nothing. Completely unprofessional and entirely unacceptable. This was supposed to be my birthday gift, and I have yet to even be able to use the damn thing.

Buy buy buy - Huion Kamvas Slate 10 I ordered the Huion Kamvas Slate 10, and received the device in even better condition than described. For 300€, I got a top standalone drawing tablet that can even run games beautifully. Included in the price is the Huion Stylus HS200 pen. It feels great in the hand, and you can even rest your hand on the tablet, and only the pen is recognized. The support is excellent. The delivered pen was defective, but it was rectified for free after 10 days, with even 3 tips included. A very, very pleasant experience! Definitely recommended.
