Horrible Response Time and Roundabout Solutions. Their customer service representative spent a very long time to just respond to an email. They did not communicate effectively and kept going in circles attempting to delay a replacement of a device over and over and over again. My device has a simple issue and just needs to be replaced, however they have yet to do this and still keep delaying. It has been almost 4 MONTHS of trying and yet, nothing. Completely unprofessional and entirely unacceptable. This was supposed to be my birthday gift, and I have yet to even be able to use the damn thing.

Good Costumer Service Well, the costumer has been pretty helpful during my recently dilemma. I've purchase a Kamvas 13 on Amazon and unfortunately it hasn't been working. I've contacted the costumer support and they've been really helpful. They've provided many solutions to fix this problem and they were with me till the end. I'm satisfied with their service. They're patient and understanding, so I consider this a good experience.
