Customer service When I started to use the File View Pro I thougt it was a cheet, I contacted the customer service and they solved my problem in minutes, we found the problem and everything was ok. Now I am going to install the program in other computers.

Is is possible to have less than one… Is is possible to have less than 1 star? This "company" in reality does not exist from a customer service stand point. I have call them three times. Only a recording. No return phone calls after 3 months. Reading the other "customers" comments, all rating them with the lowest rating, I realize now I should expect a charge on my credit card in a few months despite with what the President 's retort below states. (note he does no state his last name) I will now inform the Credit Card company before they charge my account.
