I ordered a software that was supposed… I ordered a software that was supposed to fix the error that I was getting on my computer but, unfortunately it didn't work. I contacted support and spoke with Troy Austin for a refund. He was very helpful and professional. He gave me the refund and the number to reach him if I had any further problems or questions.
