To the Rescue... After attempting to download this program for over an hour I was loosing my mind. Troy, at Solvusoft joined my computer and walked me through the download. I would have never figured it out without him. He was very patient with me as I am not very computer savvy. I appreciate his effort.

They fail to answer emails even though they advertise a 24/7 service. The "Free" Winsweeper Programme was Red Flagged and stopped from installing on my computer by my Norton Internet Security, The Key Code provided for WinThruster was rejected by the programme. I removed both programmes from my computer and requested a refund within one hour of purchasing, no answer for THREE Days. since then very sporadic emails from their selling company 2checkout.com. Now have escalated a claim through PayPal.
