GBImmediately reached a helpful live human! I can't yet vouch for WinThruster and WinSweeper as I just started them. But being able to immediately reach a live human by phone (unlike Adobe) is always impressive to me. And "Alex", a woman, was very patient and didn't want me to leave her until my problem was solved. GBTo the Rescue... After attempting to download this program for over an hour I was loosing my mind. Troy, at Solvusoft joined my computer and walked me through the download. I would have never figured it out without him. He was very patient with me as I am not very computer savvy. I appreciate his effort.

GBOld photo recovery… I required help with software to recover old photos. I received that and additional help when I had trouble downloading software. All was well in the end, thank you

GBIs is possible to have less than one… Is is possible to have less than 1 star? This "company" in reality does not exist from a customer service stand point. I have call them three times. Only a recording. No return phone calls after 3 months. Reading the other "customers" comments, all rating them with the lowest rating, I realize now I should expect a charge on my credit card in a few months despite with what the President 's retort below states. (note he does no state his last name) I will now inform the Credit Card company before they charge my account.
