Solvusoft support center I have requested Solvusoft support to solve a problem caused by a virus. Although the tool has not been able to solve my problem, Alex, through chat, has helped me enormously. He has indicated at all times how I should proceed and has tried to understand and solve my problem. When I can not solve it, I have canceled the subscription and returned the money from the license

I ordered a software that was supposed… I ordered a software that was supposed to fix the error that I was getting on my computer but, unfortunately it didn't work. I contacted support and spoke with Troy Austin for a refund. He was very helpful and professional. He gave me the refund and the number to reach him if I had any further problems or questions. To the Rescue... After attempting to download this program for over an hour I was loosing my mind. Troy, at Solvusoft joined my computer and walked me through the download.
