GBFixed my laptop after I accidentally… Fixed my laptop after I accidentally deleted my touchpad driver. The medion website would not give be the correct driver but I ran their software and it found the correct one and now my touchpad works again! very happy

ESSuperb customer service re purchase of File Magic I purchased File Magic Bronze Edition in order to try and open, then convert, an E-book .kfx file to Epub. For some reason it did not appear to work. Had excellent diagnostic help from Alex George at Solvusoft - timely and professional. Together, we found that File Magic would open files with literally any extension I could find on my PC. It turned out that the .kxf file was corrupted. Since I had no further need for the File Magic app they generously agreed to refund the purchase price. Superb response in an age where companies would rather fob you off, or quote the small print, than do the fair thing. Well done Solvusoft (and Alex of course !).

GBImmediately reached a helpful live human! I can't yet vouch for WinThruster and WinSweeper as I just started them. But being able to immediately reach a live human by phone (unlike Adobe) is always impressive to me. And "Alex", a woman, was very patient and didn't want me to leave her until my problem was solved. And it was. Thanks, Alex.

ESSolvusoft support center I have requested Solvusoft support to solve a problem caused by a virus. Although the tool has not been able to solve my problem, Alex, through chat, has helped me enormously. He has indicated at all times how I should proceed and has tried to understand and solve my problem. When I can not solve it, I have canceled the subscription and returned the money from the license
