But being able to immediately reach a live human by phone (unlike Adobe) is always impressive to me. And "Alex", a woman, was very patient and didn't want me to leave her until my problem was solved. Solvusoft support center I have requested Solvusoft support to solve a problem caused by a virus. Although the tool has not been able to solve my problem, Alex, through chat, has helped me enormously. He has indicated at all times how I should proceed and has tried to understand and solve my problem. When I can not solve it, I have canceled the subscription and returned the money from the license

Have to agree with the other… Have to agree with the other contributors, I would never have purchased from this company had I read the reviews. They fail to answer emails even though they advertise a 24/7 service. The "Free" Winsweeper Programme was Red Flagged and stopped from installing on my computer by my Norton Internet Security, The Key Code provided for WinThruster was rejected by the programme. I removed both programmes from my computer and requested a refund within one hour of purchasing, no answer for THREE Days. since then very sporadic emails from their selling company 2checkout.com. Now have escalated a claim through PayPal.

Their software is great because it is super efficient. I am highly satisfied with their customer support team. They are available 24/7 via phone call/ Email. Most software companies do not provide customer support on the phone but their staff is well experienced and they will walk you through the process. I highly recommend them.
