GBComputer analuysis and Repair Computer functioned much better after. Only concern I have is a recent TROGEN that got into my system untected by your security software, got access to my Address Book/Contact list and personal informationsuch as names and phone numbers. They sent out false emails asking for money. WHY DIDN'T YOUR SOFTWARE CATCH THIS? Had to change my email address and lost all my contacts and your Technicin could not help me restore it.

The time and support of Jay V today has been well over an hour and all problems were sorted and advice given which is much appreciated.
