GBApp cancelled half way through subscription I have a subscription that is 5 months old. Canot access reimage repair iam told the life cycle is at a end and to uninstall. can not contact support. What is going on.

CAPeople doing their job par excellence downloading BitDefender &… I had trouble downloading BitDefender & being nagged with pop-up. I contacted ReImage and Robert L assessed my computer and said ity needed work. He hooked me up with Cindy P. and her magic wand and after a couple of hours of playing around on my machine I now have BD & no pop-ups. They both did commendable work and I greatly appreciate it.

GBComputer analuysis and Repair Computer functioned much better after. Only concern I have is a recent TROGEN that got into my system untected by your security software, got access to my Address Book/Contact list and personal informationsuch as names and phone numbers. They sent out false emails asking for money. WHY DIDN'T YOUR SOFTWARE CATCH THIS? Had to change my email address and lost all my contacts and your Technicin could not help me restore it.

GBI was treated with total respect Cindy did a great job. I was treated with total respect especially after accusing her company of messing up my computer. She repaired everything as I asked. I still however need some time to evaluate the performance after some use. Thanks again Cindy
