GBCOMPUTER CRASH Computer died, new (old) CPU installed but reimage not carried across. one phone call and re-image had reinstalled the programme and run it to ensure all Ok. My operator Rex was efficient and very quick. Polite and friendly could not fault the service I received. 5 stars

GBI'm not a computer or IT Wiz I'm not a computer or IT Wiz. I just have been using Reimage for years and from my experiences it has resolved all the issues I had when I had them. Today I contacted Help online app. I got a rapid connection to a tech and we were able to resolve my problem quickly. I recommend this app to anyone looking for self help programs.

GBExcellent Support and Expertise The support and expertise I receive from Reimage technicians is excellent and really valued. I highly recommend them. The time and support of Jay V today has been well over an hour and all problems were sorted and advice given which is much appreciated. I agree with the review below that Jay V is the best and the other technicians have been great too as I've had my subscription a number of years.

GBWhat a wonderful experience I had What a wonderful experience I had! My computer was running slow so I called ReImage and they helped me sort it out! I was so chuffed with the experience that I bought the operator who assisted me, Pierre, with 34 Apple giftcards. He was happy with that, and so I was I. Thank you again ReImage; your integrity and utter willingness to help those in need is without doubt one of the reasons my son recommended you to me after his computer was hacked! EDIT: This review is a joke. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!
