GBExcellent Support and Expertise The support and expertise I receive from Reimage technicians is excellent and really valued. I highly recommend them. The time and support of Jay V today has been well over an hour and all problems were sorted and advice given which is much appreciated. I agree with the review below that Jay V is the best and the other technicians have been great too as I've had my subscription a number of years.

She diligently worked out my problem and was able to resolve the issue completely.. She is a fantastic ambassador for her company who i hope will reward her for her work on their behalf. USI was treated with total respect Cindy did a great job. I was treated with total respect especially after accusing her company of messing up my computer. She repaired everything as I asked. I still however need some time to evaluate the performance after some use. Thanks again Cindy

CAPeople doing their job par excellence downloading BitDefender &… I had trouble downloading BitDefender & being nagged with pop-up. I contacted ReImage and Robert L assessed my computer and said ity needed work. He hooked me up with Cindy P. and her magic wand and after a couple of hours of playing around on my machine I now have BD & no pop-ups. They both did commendable work and I greatly appreciate it.
