The time and support of Jay V today has been well over an hour and all problems were sorted and advice given which is much appreciated. I agree with the review below that Jay V is the best and the other technicians have been great too as I've had my subscription a number of years.

GBI contacted reimage to renew our… I contacted reimage to renew our license and get our computer cleaned up to stop it from running so slowly. You were very helpful and solved the problems within a couple of hours. I really appreciate the help and promptness of the company.

I was so chuffed with the experience that I bought the operator who assisted me, Pierre, with 34 Apple giftcards. He was happy with that, and so I was I. Thank you again ReImage; your integrity and utter willingness to help those in need is without doubt one of the reasons my son recommended you to me after his computer was hacked!
