Computer analuysis and Repair Computer functioned much better after. Only concern I have is a recent TROGEN that got into my system untected by your security software, got access to my Address Book/Contact list and personal informationsuch as names and phone numbers. They sent out false emails asking for money. WHY DIDN'T YOUR SOFTWARE CATCH THIS? Had to change my email address and lost all my contacts and your Technicin could not help me restore it.

Excellent Support and Expertise The support and expertise I receive from Reimage technicians is excellent and really valued. I highly recommend them. The time and support of Jay V today has been well over an hour and all problems were sorted and advice given which is much appreciated. I agree with the review below that Jay V is the best and the other technicians have been great too as I've had my subscription a number of years.

I was so chuffed with the experience that I bought the operator who assisted me, Pierre, with 34 Apple giftcards. He was happy with that, and so I was I. Thank you again ReImage; your integrity and utter willingness to help those in need is without doubt one of the reasons my son recommended you to me after his computer was hacked!
