The thing I loved most about this… The thing I loved most about this company is the Customer Service! These guys go above and beyond to make sure your satisfied with your order.. Any corrections or changes needed to be made to your order their on it pronto! The response time is amazing whether it’s by email, text, or phone call! Bad experience all around (eventually remedied) Edit: Bryon from Incredible had a new phone shipped to me that met expectations. I’ve upgraded the rating to 3 stars. The phone was supposed to be “excellent” condition which meant free of scratches on the screen. It has a gnarly 1” scratch on the screen. It was supposed to have 80% battery, it dies in 20 minutes of use and has less than that %. I emailed customer service. I tried opening a chat. Neither were responded to. Will this get published? Unlikely. Bad experience.

Very pleased with refurbished iPhone! Very pleased with refurbished iPhone. We just needed a phone for someone who seldom uses a cell phone and didn't want to pay top dollar for a new model. The phone we received was priced right, in very good condition and even came with a case that we didn't expect. The selection of phones was great, ordering was simple and easy, and delivery was right on time. We would definitely order from Incredible again!

Great Experience Great Experience. Easy process, good customer interaction (follow-up, status info, etc.). Drone arrived perfectly, worked great out of the box (but, as Crisp suggests, I highly recommend checking youtube first). A little tricky to get all the parts back in the box (it is delivered in the OEM box and so the packing is quite precise - maybe a small youtube video showing how to repack would make sense?).
