QC department is dropping the ball The iPhoneX that I ordered is supposed to be in "Very Good" condition. When I received it. There're issues here and there. First I had a hard time power on the phone, several times when it's powered on, it won't respond to the keys that I touched, and many times I didn't touch the touchpad, the phone would act on its own. I am not happy with my purchase and requested a full refund or exchange another one, which is really in "Very Good" condition. The QC department is not doing a good job testing the phone out before it was put out for purchase.

The thing I loved most about this… The thing I loved most about this company is the Customer Service! These guys go above and beyond to make sure your satisfied with your order.. Any corrections or changes needed to be made to your order their on it pronto! The response time is amazing whether it’s by email, text, or phone call! Great customer service and quality! I had a great experience with Incredible Phones! They contacted me right away when the option I'd chosen wasn't available and offered an alternative at a lower price. The phone is in great condition - I got a "good" level phone and as far as I can tell, it is just like new. It works great and arrived within 3 days of ordering. I will order from Incredible again!
