CABad experience all around (eventually remedied) Edit: Bryon from Incredible had a new phone shipped to me that met expectations. I’ve upgraded the rating to 3 stars. The phone was supposed to be “excellent” condition which meant free of scratches on the screen. It has a gnarly 1” scratch on the screen. It was supposed to have 80% battery, it dies in 20 minutes of use and has less than that %. I emailed customer service. I tried opening a chat. Neither were responded to. Will this get published? Unlikely. Bad experience.

GBI recently gave this company 1 star after many email exchanges I received my perfume today . Anne I recently gave thi company 1 star but since received my perfume wish to upgrade review now after many exchanges of emails i was advised it was out for delivery and received it on day i was promised.

GBMy trusty IPhone 6+ was starting to die… My trusty IPhone 6+ was starting to die and I knew it was time to replace it. New IPhones are very expensive and buying them from T-MOBILE or another cell phone provider takes forever to pay off. GBMy original order went to a different… My original order went to a different address via a mixup btw two orders. However here’s where Incredible shined. They tracked it and got it back to me inside of a few days. Laila did a fantastic job. Not use to such good service in these times with having to be on the phone for hours wondering if anything would get fixed. Laila and Incredible did an amazing job for me! Highly recommend them!

GBQC department is dropping the ball The iPhoneX that I ordered is supposed to be in "Very Good" condition. When I received it. There're issues here and there. First I had a hard time power on the phone, several times when it's powered on, it won't respond to the keys that I touched, and many times I didn't touch the touchpad, the phone would act on its own. I am not happy with my purchase and requested a full refund or exchange another one, which is really in "Very Good" condition. The QC department is not doing a good job testing the phone out before it was put out for purchase.
