More than you can bargain for! I ordered a fair IPhone XR that to my surprise was more than I bargained for. The phone was in exceptional condition. It is red and on the silent push up and down button the red paint was coming off a little and that was it. I was surely skeptical about ordering fearing I would receive some junk but I wouldn’t hesitate to order again from Incredible Phones. Unexplained refund I spent some time on other sites before I chose yours to purchase a used iPhone. My purchase was complete only the next day my money was refunded without an explanation. I'm guessing the product was no longer available.

QC department is dropping the ball The iPhoneX that I ordered is supposed to be in "Very Good" condition. When I received it. There're issues here and there. First I had a hard time power on the phone, several times when it's powered on, it won't respond to the keys that I touched, and many times I didn't touch the touchpad, the phone would act on its own. I am not happy with my purchase and requested a full refund or exchange another one, which is really in "Very Good" condition. The QC department is not doing a good job testing the phone out before it was put out for purchase.
