You sold me a phone that was out of… You sold me a phone that was out of stock. The purchase was allowed to go through and a day later I received a message that the product was not available. Your company did offer an immediate refund and a $15 credit on a second purchase. However, I bought the same device through a different company.

Great Great, i was so shocked tbh that the phone came in EARLIER than expected and in mint mint condition even after choosing the lowest condition. The only thing is there are the tiniest little scratch spots on the back not even scratches just tiny sprinkles (I expected way worse). Definitely try this site out !

QC department is dropping the ball The iPhoneX that I ordered is supposed to be in "Very Good" condition. When I received it. There're issues here and there. First I had a hard time power on the phone, several times when it's powered on, it won't respond to the keys that I touched, and many times I didn't touch the touchpad, the phone would act on its own. I am not happy with my purchase and requested a full refund or exchange another one, which is really in "Very Good" condition. The QC department is not doing a good job testing the phone out before it was put out for purchase.

I would never hesitate to buy from… I would never hesitate to buy from Unlockd. I was helped by Bryon and he went above and beyond to make sure the iPhone was delivered safely and in a timely manner. I accidentally made a mistake on the address I entered and yet Bryon helped me track it until I found the correct location it was delivered to. Will definitely be purchasing more items in the future. The thing I loved most about this… The thing I loved most about this company is the Customer Service! These guys go above and beyond to make sure your satisfied with your order.. Any corrections or changes needed to be made to your order their on it pronto! The response time is amazing whether it’s by email, text, or phone call! Highly recommend this drone rental company, I’m defiantly booking with only them in the near future.. I never do reviews. Let that sink in😏💯
