Great Experience Great Experience. Easy process, good customer interaction (follow-up, status info, etc.). Drone arrived perfectly, worked great out of the box (but, as Crisp suggests, I highly recommend checking youtube first). A little tricky to get all the parts back in the box (it is delivered in the OEM box and so the packing is quite precise - maybe a small youtube video showing how to repack would make sense?).

Unexplained refund I spent some time on other sites before I chose yours to purchase a used iPhone. My purchase was complete only the next day my money was refunded without an explanation. I'm guessing the product was no longer available.

The phone we received was priced right, in very good condition and even came with a case that we didn't expect. The selection of phones was great, ordering was simple and easy, and delivery was right on time. We would definitely order from Incredible again!

Great Great, i was so shocked tbh that the phone came in EARLIER than expected and in mint mint condition even after choosing the lowest condition. The only thing is there are the tiniest little scratch spots on the back not even scratches just tiny sprinkles (I expected way worse). Definitely try this site out !

Bad experience all around (eventually remedied) Edit: Bryon from Incredible had a new phone shipped to me that met expectations. I’ve upgraded the rating to 3 stars. The phone was supposed to be “excellent” condition which meant free of scratches on the screen. It has a gnarly 1” scratch on the screen. It was supposed to have 80% battery, it dies in 20 minutes of use and has less than that %. I emailed customer service. I tried opening a chat. Neither were responded to. Will this get published? Unlikely. Bad experience.
