Great Experience Great Experience. Easy process, good customer interaction (follow-up, status info, etc.). Drone arrived perfectly, worked great out of the box (but, as Crisp suggests, I highly recommend checking youtube first). A little tricky to get all the parts back in the box (it is delivered in the OEM box and so the packing is quite precise - maybe a small youtube video showing how to repack would make sense?).

The thing I loved most about this… The thing I loved most about this company is the Customer Service! These guys go above and beyond to make sure your satisfied with your order.. Any corrections or changes needed to be made to your order their on it pronto! The response time is amazing whether it’s by email, text, or phone call! Unexplained refund I spent some time on other sites before I chose yours to purchase a used iPhone. My purchase was complete only the next day my money was refunded without an explanation. I'm guessing the product was no longer available.

Delivery was delayed by 2 days so give… Delivery was delayed by 2 days so give yourself some room if needed by a certain date. Other than that, drone was practically new. Easy rental process. Very competitive pricing. Would def use their services again!
