CABad experience all around (eventually remedied) Edit: Bryon from Incredible had a new phone shipped to me that met expectations. I’ve upgraded the rating to 3 stars. The phone was supposed to be “excellent” condition which meant free of scratches on the screen. It has a gnarly 1” scratch on the screen. It was supposed to have 80% battery, it dies in 20 minutes of use and has less than that %. I emailed customer service. I tried opening a chat. Neither were responded to. Will this get published? Unlikely. Bad experience.

GBI would never hesitate to buy from… I would never hesitate to buy from Unlockd. I was helped by Bryon and he went above and beyond to make sure the iPhone was delivered safely and in a timely manner. I accidentally made a mistake on the address I entered and yet Bryon helped me track it until I found the correct location it was delivered to. Will definitely be purchasing more items in the future. GBYou sold me a phone that was out of… You sold me a phone that was out of stock. The purchase was allowed to go through and a day later I received a message that the product was not available. Your company did offer an immediate refund and a $15 credit on a second purchase. However, I bought the same device through a different company.

GBQC department is dropping the ball The iPhoneX that I ordered is supposed to be in "Very Good" condition. When I received it. There're issues here and there. First I had a hard time power on the phone, several times when it's powered on, it won't respond to the keys that I touched, and many times I didn't touch the touchpad, the phone would act on its own. I am not happy with my purchase and requested a full refund or exchange another one, which is really in "Very Good" condition. The QC department is not doing a good job testing the phone out before it was put out for purchase.
