The phone we received was priced right, in very good condition and even came with a case that we didn't expect. Unexplained refund I spent some time on other sites before I chose yours to purchase a used iPhone. My purchase was complete only the next day my money was refunded without an explanation. I'm guessing the product was no longer available.

My original order went to a different… My original order went to a different address via a mixup btw two orders. However here’s where Incredible shined. They tracked it and got it back to me inside of a few days. Laila did a fantastic job. Not use to such good service in these times with having to be on the phone for hours wondering if anything would get fixed. Laila and Incredible did an amazing job for me! Highly recommend them!
