They tracked it and got it back to me inside of a few days. Laila did a fantastic job. Not use to such good service in these times with having to be on the phone for hours wondering if anything would get fixed. Laila and Incredible did an amazing job for me! Highly recommend them!

They contacted me right away when the option I'd chosen wasn't available and offered an alternative at a lower price. The phone is in great condition - I got a "good" level phone and as far as I can tell, it is just like new. It works great and arrived within 3 days of ordering. I will order from Incredible again!

More than you can bargain for! I ordered a fair IPhone XR that to my surprise was more than I bargained for. The phone was in exceptional condition. It is red and on the silent push up and down button the red paint was coming off a little and that was it. I was surely skeptical about ordering fearing I would receive some junk but I wouldn’t hesitate to order again from Incredible Phones. This is the way to go folks an affordable high end phone at a discounted price in good physical and working condition. I am looking forward to my future purchase. 😃
