The phone is in great condition - I got a "good" level phone and as far as I can tell, it is just like new. It works great and arrived within 3 days of ordering. I will order from Incredible again!

The phone we received was priced right, in very good condition and even came with a case that we didn't expect. Good not Great service Good not Great service, took a lot longer to get my rentals than advertised but partially was my fault no submitting my ID. Though I did rent 3 games out, one of the games Mario Super Tennis or something didn't work but the other two did so it was fine. Would like to see a reminder to attach Id during the rental submittance and more play testing before games ship. Besides those minor gripes good service, very friendly responsive and helpful.
