Drone arrived perfectly, worked great out of the box (but, as Crisp suggests, I highly recommend checking youtube first). A little tricky to get all the parts back in the box (it is delivered in the OEM box and so the packing is quite precise - maybe a small youtube video showing how to repack would make sense?).

Your company did offer an immediate refund and a $15 credit on a second purchase. However, I bought the same device through a different company.

QC department is dropping the ball The iPhoneX that I ordered is supposed to be in "Very Good" condition. When I received it. There're issues here and there. First I had a hard time power on the phone, several times when it's powered on, it won't respond to the keys that I touched, and many times I didn't touch the touchpad, the phone would act on its own. I am not happy with my purchase and requested a full refund or exchange another one, which is really in "Very Good" condition. The QC department is not doing a good job testing the phone out before it was put out for purchase.

Great Great, i was so shocked tbh that the phone came in EARLIER than expected and in mint mint condition even after choosing the lowest condition. The only thing is there are the tiniest little scratch spots on the back not even scratches just tiny sprinkles (I expected way worse). Definitely try this site out !
