Unexplained refund I spent some time on other sites before I chose yours to purchase a used iPhone. My purchase was complete only the next day my money was refunded without an explanation. I'm guessing the product was no longer available.

I would never hesitate to buy from… I would never hesitate to buy from Unlockd. I was helped by Bryon and he went above and beyond to make sure the iPhone was delivered safely and in a timely manner. I accidentally made a mistake on the address I entered and yet Bryon helped me track it until I found the correct location it was delivered to. Will definitely be purchasing more items in the future. My original order went to a different… My original order went to a different address via a mixup btw two orders. However here’s where Incredible shined. They tracked it and got it back to me inside of a few days. Laila did a fantastic job. Not use to such good service in these times with having to be on the phone for hours wondering if anything would get fixed. Laila and Incredible did an amazing job for me! Highly recommend them!

QC department is dropping the ball The iPhoneX that I ordered is supposed to be in "Very Good" condition. When I received it. There're issues here and there. First I had a hard time power on the phone, several times when it's powered on, it won't respond to the keys that I touched, and many times I didn't touch the touchpad, the phone would act on its own. I am not happy with my purchase and requested a full refund or exchange another one, which is really in "Very Good" condition. The QC department is not doing a good job testing the phone out before it was put out for purchase.

You sold me a phone that was out of… You sold me a phone that was out of stock. The purchase was allowed to go through and a day later I received a message that the product was not available. Your company did offer an immediate refund and a $15 credit on a second purchase. However, I bought the same device through a different company.
