Your company did offer an immediate refund and a $15 credit on a second purchase. However, I bought the same device through a different company.

GBThe Iphone 11 had to be returned The Iphone 11 had to be returned. My carrier, Sprint/Mobile said they could not connect the phone for whatever reason. I returned the phone and am very happy to report that a full refund was issued. I was very much relived and would not hesitate to order from incrediblephones again.

GBGood not Great service Good not Great service, took a lot longer to get my rentals than advertised but partially was my fault no submitting my ID. Though I did rent 3 games out, one of the games Mario Super Tennis or something didn't work but the other two did so it was fine. Would like to see a reminder to attach Id during the rental submittance and more play testing before games ship. Besides those minor gripes good service, very friendly responsive and helpful.

CABad experience all around (eventually remedied) Edit: Bryon from Incredible had a new phone shipped to me that met expectations. I’ve upgraded the rating to 3 stars. The phone was supposed to be “excellent” condition which meant free of scratches on the screen. It has a gnarly 1” scratch on the screen. It was supposed to have 80% battery, it dies in 20 minutes of use and has less than that %. I emailed customer service. I tried opening a chat. Neither were responded to. Will this get published? Unlikely. Bad experience.

GBGreat Great, i was so shocked tbh that the phone came in EARLIER than expected and in mint mint condition even after choosing the lowest condition. The only thing is there are the tiniest little scratch spots on the back not even scratches just tiny sprinkles (I expected way worse). Definitely try this site out !
