I returned the phone and am very happy to report that a full refund was issued. I was very much relived and would not hesitate to order from incrediblephones again.

GBGreat Experience Great Experience. Easy process, good customer interaction (follow-up, status info, etc.). Drone arrived perfectly, worked great out of the box (but, as Crisp suggests, I highly recommend checking youtube first). A little tricky to get all the parts back in the box (it is delivered in the OEM box and so the packing is quite precise - maybe a small youtube video showing how to repack would make sense?).

Any corrections or changes needed to be made to your order their on it pronto! The response time is amazing whether it’s by email, text, or phone call! Highly recommend this drone rental company, I’m defiantly booking with only them in the near future.. I never do reviews. Let that sink in😏💯

GBYou sold me a phone that was out of… You sold me a phone that was out of stock. The purchase was allowed to go through and a day later I received a message that the product was not available. Your company did offer an immediate refund and a $15 credit on a second purchase. However, I bought the same device through a different company.
