More than you can bargain for! I ordered a fair IPhone XR that to my surprise was more than I bargained for. The phone was in exceptional condition. It is red and on the silent push up and down button the red paint was coming off a little and that was it. Bad experience all around (eventually remedied) Edit: Bryon from Incredible had a new phone shipped to me that met expectations. I’ve upgraded the rating to 3 stars. The phone was supposed to be “excellent” condition which meant free of scratches on the screen. It has a gnarly 1” scratch on the screen. It was supposed to have 80% battery, it dies in 20 minutes of use and has less than that %. I emailed customer service. I tried opening a chat. Neither were responded to. Will this get published? Unlikely. Bad experience.
