Unexplained refund I spent some time on other sites before I chose yours to purchase a used iPhone. My purchase was complete only the next day my money was refunded without an explanation. I'm guessing the product was no longer available.

I would never hesitate to buy from… I would never hesitate to buy from Unlockd. I was helped by Bryon and he went above and beyond to make sure the iPhone was delivered safely and in a timely manner. I accidentally made a mistake on the address I entered and yet Bryon helped me track it until I found the correct location it was delivered to. Will definitely be purchasing more items in the future. Good not Great service Good not Great service, took a lot longer to get my rentals than advertised but partially was my fault no submitting my ID. Though I did rent 3 games out, one of the games Mario Super Tennis or something didn't work but the other two did so it was fine. Would like to see a reminder to attach Id during the rental submittance and more play testing before games ship. Besides those minor gripes good service, very friendly responsive and helpful.

I returned the phone and am very happy to report that a full refund was issued. I was very much relived and would not hesitate to order from incrediblephones again.
