I returned the phone and am very happy to report that a full refund was issued. I was very much relived and would not hesitate to order from incrediblephones again.

GBMy original order went to a different… My original order went to a different address via a mixup btw two orders. However here’s where Incredible shined. They tracked it and got it back to me inside of a few days. Laila did a fantastic job. Not use to such good service in these times with having to be on the phone for hours wondering if anything would get fixed. Laila and Incredible did an amazing job for me! Highly recommend them!

GBGreat customer service and quality! I had a great experience with Incredible Phones! They contacted me right away when the option I'd chosen wasn't available and offered an alternative at a lower price. The phone is in great condition - I got a "good" level phone and as far as I can tell, it is just like new. It works great and arrived within 3 days of ordering. I will order from Incredible again!

GBExceeded expectation Experienced drone guy here: Cheaper price than almost every other option. Great idea for a two week vacation. Extremely easy to Deal with as well! There’s additional insurance you can buy that provides peace of mind in addition to their reasonable policies.

GBUnexplained refund I spent some time on other sites before I chose yours to purchase a used iPhone. My purchase was complete only the next day my money was refunded without an explanation. I'm guessing the product was no longer available.
