I accidentally made a mistake on the address I entered and yet Bryon helped me track it until I found the correct location it was delivered to. Will definitely be purchasing more items in the future. Good not Great service Good not Great service, took a lot longer to get my rentals than advertised but partially was my fault no submitting my ID. Though I did rent 3 games out, one of the games Mario Super Tennis or something didn't work but the other two did so it was fine. Would like to see a reminder to attach Id during the rental submittance and more play testing before games ship. Besides those minor gripes good service, very friendly responsive and helpful.

The thing I loved most about this… The thing I loved most about this company is the Customer Service! These guys go above and beyond to make sure your satisfied with your order.. Any corrections or changes needed to be made to your order their on it pronto! The response time is amazing whether it’s by email, text, or phone call! You sold me a phone that was out of… You sold me a phone that was out of stock. The purchase was allowed to go through and a day later I received a message that the product was not available. Your company did offer an immediate refund and a $15 credit on a second purchase. However, I bought the same device through a different company.

Unexplained refund I spent some time on other sites before I chose yours to purchase a used iPhone. My purchase was complete only the next day my money was refunded without an explanation. I'm guessing the product was no longer available.
