Great Experience Great Experience. Easy process, good customer interaction (follow-up, status info, etc.). Drone arrived perfectly, worked great out of the box (but, as Crisp suggests, I highly recommend checking youtube first). A little tricky to get all the parts back in the box (it is delivered in the OEM box and so the packing is quite precise - maybe a small youtube video showing how to repack would make sense?).

Bad experience all around (eventually remedied) Edit: Bryon from Incredible had a new phone shipped to me that met expectations. I’ve upgraded the rating to 3 stars. The phone was supposed to be “excellent” condition which meant free of scratches on the screen. It has a gnarly 1” scratch on the screen. It was supposed to have 80% battery, it dies in 20 minutes of use and has less than that %. I emailed customer service. I tried opening a chat. Neither were responded to. Will this get published? Unlikely. Bad experience.

My trusty IPhone 6+ was starting to die… My trusty IPhone 6+ was starting to die and I knew it was time to replace it. New IPhones are very expensive and buying them from T-MOBILE or another cell phone provider takes forever to pay off. I was hesitant about buying a used IPhone especially from a small unknown supplier. But the price was right and I read some good reviews about your company plus there was a money back guarantee. Expecting a used looking phone to my surprise the IPhone 7 looked and worked like a new phone. I am very satisfied with my new used phone and wouldn’t hesitate to do business with you in the future. Keep up the good work.

Good not Great service Good not Great service, took a lot longer to get my rentals than advertised but partially was my fault no submitting my ID. Though I did rent 3 games out, one of the games Mario Super Tennis or something didn't work but the other two did so it was fine. Would like to see a reminder to attach Id during the rental submittance and more play testing before games ship. Besides those minor gripes good service, very friendly responsive and helpful.

I would never hesitate to buy from… I would never hesitate to buy from Unlockd. I was helped by Bryon and he went above and beyond to make sure the iPhone was delivered safely and in a timely manner. I accidentally made a mistake on the address I entered and yet Bryon helped me track it until I found the correct location it was delivered to. Will definitely be purchasing more items in the future.
