ROYou don't even email to check if its a valid customer So I was in a need of a certificate really fast due current certificate being rescreated for a new domain, it was really urgently and trustico was in my mind with the fastest ssl cert generation. While I requested a ssl certificate, order was cancelled probably because of my brand. Not good for business, at least check the client/ask more details to see if its a valid order/client or not. And I was also referring my clients here to you, not have a bad taste in my mouth...

GBOrder process slow, no notice sent for renewal The order process took 3 days, which is a lot more, than our expectation. Our Geotrust SSL stopped working in the middle of the weekend - Trustico or Geotrust gave NO NOTICE in advance, that we need to renew. So altogether not a channel I would suggest to others.

GBOnline service makes life easy Being able to place orders online and then get SSL certificates issued in matter of minutes is just fantastic! Not sure why Online Chat never worked for me. I start to wonder if it's ever worked at all.
