This is the second machine I have bought from Estripe first one was a laptop many years ago that is still working well, I can highly recommend this company for all your computer needs.

The PC I ordered would not boot up into… The PC I ordered would not boot up into Windows. Contacted Customer service who advised to check the leads from the SSD card and found that the cable linking it to the motherboard was not plugget in properly. I ordered a digital copy of Office 2021 which I presumed was installed for me but it wasn't. Again I had to contact customer service to sort it out. PC now working fine but disappointed that my issues were not sorted prior to delivery. However customer service was brilliant however.

I am completely happy with both the… I am completely happy with both the service I received and the PC I bought. Even when I changed the spec after ordering it was dealt with smoothly and they even added a cable for me that wasn't on the spec at all. The only negative is the pre-production wait (awful when you can't wait to get your hands on your new PC!), but the company was up front about this from the start and kept me well informed of progress. Actual production to delivery was very swift.
