I can now operated 3 different laser machines at the same time as compared to my Toshiba laptop which would stall out after trying to hook up the second laser machine. This thing is fast and furious. So many options and upgrades available. Geekom is now my favorite place for computers...

My T12 is everything they said it was… My T12 is everything they said it was and more. I've had Dells, HPs, IBMs, even built my own. This is the first system ever that just plain worked right out of the box. As an added bonus as compared to those brands, it comes completely free of junkware. No need to uninstall a mountain load of games, "utilities", and other useless software which the manufacturer gets paid to include in YOUR computer. Kudos to Geekom for a fine, honest product.

Geekom mini IT13 model I bought the IT13 model to replace an ailing laptop. A similar spec device would have cost much more. Easily plays games, and performs well. I was looking for a higher spec device mainly to support training labs, but not tested this yet, outside of some simple GNS3 labs. Time will tell how it performs under more intensive labbing. I'm happy with the performance so far. Also upgraded ram to 64gb, and added a 4tb 2.5" additional ssd. Look forward to future additions to Geekoms portfolio becoming available.

Geekom miniAir 11 Windows 11 computer I bought a Geekom $249 miniAir 11 (16GB RAM +512GB SSD + Windows 11), it has worked fine over the last 3 months. I was amazed when I plugged in my old Lexmark printer into the USB port, and it recognized it. The same thing happened for a non-Geekom wireless mouse and wireless keyboard. I also bought a Geekom 10-in-1 USB hub to allow me to share a monitor with 2 other computers using the 9 wire D connection. All additions were effortless, and everything just worked! I live in the USA and delivery time was about 5 days. I am happy with the setup and performance of both units.

Fast service "fixed" a serious problem. I purchased a "Mini IT11 11th Gen Intel Core i7-i5 - i7-11390H 32GB RAM+2TB SSD" i7-11390H 32GB RAM+2TB SSD. on April 22nd 2023. I was very satisfied with this PC but, unfortunately, On November 28th 2023, the drive failed. The Geekom staff worked with me to try to resolve the issue but it could not be revived. They immediately sent me a replacement and it has been working flawlessly ever since. It was a fast & painless fix.
