Fast service "fixed" a serious problem. I purchased a "Mini IT11 11th Gen Intel Core i7-i5 - i7-11390H 32GB RAM+2TB SSD" i7-11390H 32GB RAM+2TB SSD. on April 22nd 2023. I was very satisfied with this PC but, unfortunately, On November 28th 2023, the drive failed. The Geekom staff worked with me to try to resolve the issue but it could not be revived. They immediately sent me a replacement and it has been working flawlessly ever since. It was a fast & painless fix.

Geekom miniAir 11 Windows 11 computer I bought a Geekom $249 miniAir 11 (16GB RAM +512GB SSD + Windows 11), it has worked fine over the last 3 months. I was amazed when I plugged in my old Lexmark printer into the USB port, and it recognized it. The same thing happened for a non-Geekom wireless mouse and wireless keyboard. I also bought a Geekom 10-in-1 USB hub to allow me to share a monitor with 2 other computers using the 9 wire D connection. All additions were effortless, and everything just worked! I live in the USA and delivery time was about 5 days. I am happy with the setup and performance of both units.

Great Value! I own 4 geekom mini pc’s and they all run great! Easy to set up, super portable and small and sleek. If you’re in the market for a mini PC, highly recommend, can’t beat the value!

I've had a good experience with Geekom I've had a good experience with Geekom. I did a lot of research before buying. I was in the market for a cpu solely for music production. For the specs I got (I12, 1 TB SSD, and 32 Gb) it is great! It is fairly loud, so I had to come up with a solution to deaden the sound, and I would not use for gaming or video work, because it has general Intel Iris graphics card. But for what I'm doing, it's great. No issues.
