It slowed down my computer, ate too much memory, and was of no help. A friend of my parents, who passed away several months ago, told us to use it because it is the best program for removing malware. That was how I discovered it in 2013. Every piece of malware, every trojan or worm, he removed or quarantined, unlike others who failed at it. There are moments when he will lag, but it won’t last that long. Use his extension with uBlock Origin for top-notch security and protection from spam and malware. I did that, and I never looked back.

Terrible customer service. Terrible customer service. Purchased the software tool Sunday 21st April. Unable to access account. Have sent multiple requests to their support team for help - I am being blatantly ignored. It's three days tomorrow since I purchased the software and I am still yet to be able to access my account. I've requested a full refund as they are not even acknowledging my polite requests to help. I expected more from such a good brand. Its not on and I am now £79.00 out of pocket and not sure how to get my money back as they don't respond. BE CAREFUL

Company keeps renewing my subscription… Company keeps renewing my subscription even though I haven't used their software in more than at least a year and have not had their software installed on any of my devices for at least the same amount of time. My credit card company is investigating them for fraudulent charges.

Best support team ever I was contacted their support team because I was scammed by 3rd party seller. Provided all the information and being honest. I am amazed, Malwarebytes just gave me 1 year premium licence what I originally purchased. Thank you very much!
