Malwarebytes Is A Life Saver My pc had been affected by a series of viruses. Normal antivirus software could not deal with these viruses. Thus, I tried using Malwarebytes, not only did it solve my problems, but it also found a number of hidden viruses that were affecting the performance of my computer. Since that day I have used Malwarebytes to keep my computer safe.

Product is fine Product is fine. Customer service not helpful. I purchased this product years ago with activation and id number. Because it is now obsolete and no longer updating.. showing error. I contacted Malwarebytes explaining all and providing proof of ownership with id and activation code and name. They basically refused to acknowledge and rather have me pay again for their now subscription service. This is it, you buy something and later you need to buy it again for them to screw you for more money. Greed! In response ... Still awaiting your request. I use Malwarebytes on all my computers I use Malwarebytes Premium on both of my work computers (software development). I've also installed it on my wife's computer and both of our laptops. I recommend Malwarebytes to my friends when they realize they have some sort of issue when their browser gets taken over. It always seems to solve their issue.

PC and Online Protection You Can Trust I have been using Malwarebytes for some time now. They have expanded their product protection which now allows me to add it to my Android device(s). When I believe in a company and their product, I level up to the Pro coverage. Worth every penny. I don't have to worry about remembering to 'run' a program, Malwarebytes does it's thing, doesn't slow down my system and only alerts me when something important needs my attention. Dodgy license renewal and refunds practices I have a problem with a licence renewal and asked Malwarebytes to refund me. They did without any difficulty - but then 10 weeks later I am battling with their billing partner (2Checkout / Veifone) to get my money back. I created a Trustpilot review for 2Checkout and found out that hundreds of posts complained about similar issues. Product vendors like Malwarebytes are aware of those issues with their 'partner'. So, as consumers, why bother witing negative reviews about those intermediaries, whom we didn't contract with in the first place, when vendors like Malwarebytes are responsible; they buy time from their 'partners' until we eventually give up on our legitimate claims.
