I switched to him in 2013 after I stopped using the antivirus AVAST. The latest updates and pointless features have made that antivirus useless. It slowed down my computer, ate too much memory, and was of no help. A friend of my parents, who passed away several months ago, told us to use it because it is the best program for removing malware. The essential Antivirus. I love Malwarebytes. I give 4 stars simply because of the false positives it deletes when I don't want it to. Like Game trainer exe files for example. But It's tight and great in dark mode. Recommended for sure.

I first used a trial version a long time ago and I love the software so I buy it. In 2012 I buy a lifetime subscription to the software. Since then I had no worries about Viruses, Malware, Spyware, Trojans, rootkits or any malicious URL, spam or Phishing.

When I believe in a company and their product, I level up to the Pro coverage. Worth every penny. I don't have to worry about remembering to 'run' a program, Malwarebytes does it's thing, doesn't slow down my system and only alerts me when something important needs my attention. Product is fine Product is fine. Customer service not helpful. I purchased this product years ago with activation and id number. Because it is now obsolete and no longer updating.. showing error. I contacted Malwarebytes explaining all and providing proof of ownership with id and activation code and name. They basically refused to acknowledge and rather have me pay again for their now subscription service. This is it, you buy something and later you need to buy it again for them to screw you for more money. Greed! In response ... Still awaiting your request.
