Terrible customer service. Terrible customer service. Purchased the software tool Sunday 21st April. Unable to access account. Have sent multiple requests to their support team for help - I am being blatantly ignored. It's three days tomorrow since I purchased the software and I am still yet to be able to access my account. I've requested a full refund as they are not even acknowledging my polite requests to help. I expected more from such a good brand. Its not on and I am now £79.00 out of pocket and not sure how to get my money back as they don't respond. BE CAREFUL

I use Malwarebytes on all my computers I use Malwarebytes Premium on both of my work computers (software development). I've also installed it on my wife's computer and both of our laptops.
