GBThe essential Antivirus. I love Malwarebytes. I give 4 stars simply because of the false positives it deletes when I don't want it to. Like Game trainer exe files for example. But It's tight and great in dark mode. Recommended for sure.

BRMalwarebytes is the best I ever used Malwarebytes keeps my computer almost impenetrable to viruses and malware without constant annoying pop-ups. The real-time protection blocks threats before I even realize there was an attempted attack. And with clear notifications when it does prevent something potentially harmful, I know I can keep using my computer safely. This is hands-down the best security program out.

GBThis is a very unique company that… This is a very unique company that makes you feel like that actually care. I am only sorry it took me so long to join. Very good experience.

GBTerrible customer service. Terrible customer service. Purchased the software tool Sunday 21st April. Unable to access account. Have sent multiple requests to their support team for help - I am being blatantly ignored. It's three days tomorrow since I purchased the software and I am still yet to be able to access my account. I've requested a full refund as they are not even acknowledging my polite requests to help. I expected more from such a good brand. Its not on and I am now £79.00 out of pocket and not sure how to get my money back as they don't respond. BE CAREFUL

IEDodgy license renewal and refunds practices I have a problem with a licence renewal and asked Malwarebytes to refund me. They did without any difficulty - but then 10 weeks later I am battling with their billing partner (2Checkout / Veifone) to get my money back. I created a Trustpilot review for 2Checkout and found out that hundreds of posts complained about similar issues. Product vendors like Malwarebytes are aware of those issues with their 'partner'. So, as consumers, why bother witing negative reviews about those intermediaries, whom we didn't contract with in the first place, when vendors like Malwarebytes are responsible; they buy time from their 'partners' until we eventually give up on our legitimate claims.
