The essential Antivirus. I love Malwarebytes. I give 4 stars simply because of the false positives it deletes when I don't want it to. Like Game trainer exe files for example. But It's tight and great in dark mode. Recommended for sure.

Dodgy license renewal and refunds practices I have a problem with a licence renewal and asked Malwarebytes to refund me. They did without any difficulty - but then 10 weeks later I am battling with their billing partner (2Checkout / Veifone) to get my money back. I created a Trustpilot review for 2Checkout and found out that hundreds of posts complained about similar issues. Product vendors like Malwarebytes are aware of those issues with their 'partner'. So, as consumers, why bother witing negative reviews about those intermediaries, whom we didn't contract with in the first place, when vendors like Malwarebytes are responsible; they buy time from their 'partners' until we eventually give up on our legitimate claims.

Malwarebytes Is A Life Saver My pc had been affected by a series of viruses. Normal antivirus software could not deal with these viruses. Thus, I tried using Malwarebytes, not only did it solve my problems, but it also found a number of hidden viruses that were affecting the performance of my computer. Terrible customer service. Terrible customer service. Purchased the software tool Sunday 21st April. Unable to access account. Have sent multiple requests to their support team for help - I am being blatantly ignored. It's three days tomorrow since I purchased the software and I am still yet to be able to access my account. I've requested a full refund as they are not even acknowledging my polite requests to help. I expected more from such a good brand. Its not on and I am now £79.00 out of pocket and not sure how to get my money back as they don't respond. BE CAREFUL
