I contacted Malwarebytes explaining all and providing proof of ownership with id and activation code and name. They basically refused to acknowledge and rather have me pay again for their now subscription service. This is it, you buy something and later you need to buy it again for them to screw you for more money. Greed! In response ... Still awaiting your request. Company keeps renewing my subscription… Company keeps renewing my subscription even though I haven't used their software in more than at least a year and have not had their software installed on any of my devices for at least the same amount of time. My credit card company is investigating them for fraudulent charges.

I am an active user of Request for Automatic Extension Database Update… I am an active user of Malwarebytes Browser Guard and I am experiencing an issue with the extension database update. After the initial installation, the extension still detects the old database. Some websites that should have been unblocked are still blocked. Therefore, I would like to propose an automatic update feature for the extension database. This feature would be very helpful to ensure that we always have the latest database and can access websites that should not be blocked. Thank you for considering my request.
