I first used a trial version a long time ago and I love the software so I buy it. In 2012 I buy a lifetime subscription to the software. Since then I had no worries about Viruses, Malware, Spyware, Trojans, rootkits or any malicious URL, spam or Phishing.

When I believe in a company and their product, I level up to the Pro coverage. Worth every penny. I don't have to worry about remembering to 'run' a program, Malwarebytes does it's thing, doesn't slow down my system and only alerts me when something important needs my attention. I highly recommend!

Terrible customer service. Terrible customer service. Purchased the software tool Sunday 21st April. Unable to access account. Have sent multiple requests to their support team for help - I am being blatantly ignored. It's three days tomorrow since I purchased the software and I am still yet to be able to access my account. I've requested a full refund as they are not even acknowledging my polite requests to help. I expected more from such a good brand. Its not on and I am now £79.00 out of pocket and not sure how to get my money back as they don't respond. BE CAREFUL
