When I believe in a company and their product, I level up to the Pro coverage. Worth every penny. Product is fine Product is fine. Customer service not helpful. I purchased this product years ago with activation and id number. Because it is now obsolete and no longer updating.. showing error. I contacted Malwarebytes explaining all and providing proof of ownership with id and activation code and name. They basically refused to acknowledge and rather have me pay again for their now subscription service. This is it, you buy something and later you need to buy it again for them to screw you for more money. Greed! In response ... Still awaiting your request. Here is a reference number for my purchase back in 2012 for a stand alone program that no longer functions as it should. ref 37244018
