AUProduct is fine Product is fine. Customer service not helpful. I purchased this product years ago with activation and id number. Because it is now obsolete and no longer updating.. showing error. I contacted Malwarebytes explaining all and providing proof of ownership with id and activation code and name. They basically refused to acknowledge and rather have me pay again for their now subscription service. This is it, you buy something and later you need to buy it again for them to screw you for more money. Greed! In response ... Still awaiting your request. Here is a reference number for my purchase back in 2012 for a stand alone program that no longer functions as it should. ref 37244018

GBBest support team ever I was contacted their support team because I was scammed by 3rd party seller. Provided all the information and being honest. I am amazed, Malwarebytes just gave me 1 year premium licence what I originally purchased. Thank you very much!

BRMalwarebytes is the best I ever used Malwarebytes keeps my computer almost impenetrable to viruses and malware without constant annoying pop-ups. The real-time protection blocks threats before I even realize there was an attempted attack. And with clear notifications when it does prevent something potentially harmful, I know I can keep using my computer safely. This is hands-down the best security program out.

GBMust have for peace of mind Used Malwarebytes for many years, on multiple devices, not only on my own, but on many others, has worked like a charm. Never had any data compromised with this always running in the background, and neither has anyone else I know. Its really lightweight, detects fast, scans fast, updates fast, blocks virus's and trojan's fast. As long as you have their web, malware, ransomware and exploit protection on, which are enabled by default Malwarebytes, you can sleep safe at night. If you're going to invest in something to keep your devices safe, this is the one.

IEDodgy license renewal and refunds practices I have a problem with a licence renewal and asked Malwarebytes to refund me. They did without any difficulty - but then 10 weeks later I am battling with their billing partner (2Checkout / Veifone) to get my money back. I created a Trustpilot review for 2Checkout and found out that hundreds of posts complained about similar issues. Product vendors like Malwarebytes are aware of those issues with their 'partner'. So, as consumers, why bother witing negative reviews about those intermediaries, whom we didn't contract with in the first place, when vendors like Malwarebytes are responsible; they buy time from their 'partners' until we eventually give up on our legitimate claims.
