Terrible customer service. Terrible customer service. Purchased the software tool Sunday 21st April. Unable to access account. Have sent multiple requests to their support team for help - I am being blatantly ignored. It's three days tomorrow since I purchased the software and I am still yet to be able to access my account. I've requested a full refund as they are not even acknowledging my polite requests to help. I expected more from such a good brand. Its not on and I am now £79.00 out of pocket and not sure how to get my money back as they don't respond. BE CAREFUL

BEST ANTI-MALWARE SOFTWARE I am obsessed with Antivirus and malware programs and I tried a lot (more than 24) after trying every one I finally settle on one and that is Malwarebytes. I first used a trial version a long time ago and I love the software so I buy it. In 2012 I buy a lifetime subscription to the software. Since then I had no worries about Viruses, Malware, Spyware, Trojans, rootkits or any malicious URL, spam or Phishing.

I have been using it for ten years, and it has never disappointed me. Malwarebytes anti-malware is one of a kind and will never let you down. I switched to him in 2013 after I stopped using the antivirus AVAST. The latest updates and pointless features have made that antivirus useless.
