Nos virus-scan for usb devices Since more than 3 years, we ask (feature request) that Endpoints of Malwarebytes on Mac to be able to scan an USB-Device for viruses. Now, this function is still NOT available after multiple requests. Right-click and scan should not be a difficult function !!!

Best support team ever I was contacted their support team because I was scammed by 3rd party seller. Provided all the information and being honest. I am amazed, Malwarebytes just gave me 1 year premium licence what I originally purchased. Thank you very much!

I am an active user of Request for Automatic Extension Database Update… I am an active user of Malwarebytes Browser Guard and I am experiencing an issue with the extension database update. After the initial installation, the extension still detects the old database. Some websites that should have been unblocked are still blocked. Therefore, I would like to propose an automatic update feature for the extension database. This feature would be very helpful to ensure that we always have the latest database and can access websites that should not be blocked. Thank you for considering my request. I look forward to seeing this improvement in the next update.

Terrible customer service. Terrible customer service. Purchased the software tool Sunday 21st April. Unable to access account. Have sent multiple requests to their support team for help - I am being blatantly ignored. It's three days tomorrow since I purchased the software and I am still yet to be able to access my account. I've requested a full refund as they are not even acknowledging my polite requests to help. I expected more from such a good brand. Its not on and I am now £79.00 out of pocket and not sure how to get my money back as they don't respond. BE CAREFUL
