What's my "goto" tool - Malwarebytes!!! I've been using Malwarebytes since appx 2010, for my own systems, as well as troubleshooting customer systems. While there are some things that I'd like to see a little differently, my overall experience is, in 2 words, "Freakin' Awesome"! 1) I've never had a total failure with Malwarebytes, that's one of the reasons I rely so heavily on it, and 2) If I have "issues" or need some assistance, their Tech Support is readily available, and we've ALWAYS resolved the issue. My most recent issue wa with an installation where the license key, although valid, would not refresh beyond the previous end date. It took a little but we resolved it in pretty short order., One of the "issues" I have is that Tech Support is on the other side of the world. They follow a book of "procedural steps", and sometimes it takes a more human "approach" to get to the root of the issue. That being said...I would NOT trade Malwarebytes for ANY of my other tools. IT is ALWAYS my 1st attack tool!!!

I have been using it for ten years, and it has never disappointed me. Malwarebytes anti-malware is one of a kind and will never let you down. I switched to him in 2013 after I stopped using the antivirus AVAST. The latest updates and pointless features have made that antivirus useless. It slowed down my computer, ate too much memory, and was of no help. A friend of my parents, who passed away several months ago, told us to use it because it is the best program for removing malware. That was how I discovered it in 2013. Every piece of malware, every trojan or worm, he removed or quarantined, unlike others who failed at it. There are moments when he will lag, but it won’t last that long. Use his extension with uBlock Origin for top-notch security and protection from spam and malware. I did that, and I never looked back.

Malwarebytes is the best I ever used Malwarebytes keeps my computer almost impenetrable to viruses and malware without constant annoying pop-ups. The real-time protection blocks threats before I even realize there was an attempted attack. And with clear notifications when it does prevent something potentially harmful, I know I can keep using my computer safely. This is hands-down the best security program out.

Product is fine Product is fine. Customer service not helpful. I purchased this product years ago with activation and id number. Because it is now obsolete and no longer updating.. showing error. I contacted Malwarebytes explaining all and providing proof of ownership with id and activation code and name. They basically refused to acknowledge and rather have me pay again for their now subscription service. This is it, you buy something and later you need to buy it again for them to screw you for more money. Greed! In response ... Still awaiting your request. Malwarebytes Is A Life Saver My pc had been affected by a series of viruses. Normal antivirus software could not deal with these viruses.
