GBWhat's my "goto" tool - Malwarebytes!!! I've been using Malwarebytes since appx 2010, for my own systems, as well as troubleshooting customer systems. While there are some things that I'd like to see a little differently, my overall experience is, in 2 words, "Freakin' Awesome"! 1) I've never had a total failure with Malwarebytes, that's one of the reasons I rely so heavily on it, and 2) If I have "issues" or need some assistance, their Tech Support is readily available, and we've ALWAYS resolved the issue. My most recent issue wa with an installation where the license key, although valid, would not refresh beyond the previous end date. It took a little but we resolved it in pretty short order., One of the "issues" I have is that Tech Support is on the other side of the world. They follow a book of "procedural steps", and sometimes it takes a more human "approach" to get to the root of the issue. That being said...I would NOT trade Malwarebytes for ANY of my other tools. IT is ALWAYS my 1st attack tool!!!

AULast year there was a problem with the… Last year there was a problem with the auto update, I had an enormous multi hundred gig software download happen which cost me around $300.00 in excess data.. Malwarebytes were quick to rectify the situation and completely reimbursed me. Great company that stands by their product, which also is a great product, have been using it for years and can rest assured that my phone is protected.

GBMust have for peace of mind Used Malwarebytes for many years, on multiple devices, not only on my own, but on many others, has worked like a charm. Never had any data compromised with this always running in the background, and neither has anyone else I know. Its really lightweight, detects fast, scans fast, updates fast, blocks virus's and trojan's fast. As long as you have their web, malware, ransomware and exploit protection on, which are enabled by default Malwarebytes, you can sleep safe at night. If you're going to invest in something to keep your devices safe, this is the one.

IEDodgy license renewal and refunds practices I have a problem with a licence renewal and asked Malwarebytes to refund me. They did without any difficulty - but then 10 weeks later I am battling with their billing partner (2Checkout / Veifone) to get my money back. I created a Trustpilot review for 2Checkout and found out that hundreds of posts complained about similar issues. Product vendors like Malwarebytes are aware of those issues with their 'partner'. So, as consumers, why bother witing negative reviews about those intermediaries, whom we didn't contract with in the first place, when vendors like Malwarebytes are responsible; they buy time from their 'partners' until we eventually give up on our legitimate claims.

IDI am an active user of Request for Automatic Extension Database Update… I am an active user of Malwarebytes Browser Guard and I am experiencing an issue with the extension database update. After the initial installation, the extension still detects the old database. Some websites that should have been unblocked are still blocked. Therefore, I would like to propose an automatic update feature for the extension database. This feature would be very helpful to ensure that we always have the latest database and can access websites that should not be blocked. Thank you for considering my request. I look forward to seeing this improvement in the next update.
