Malwarebytes were quick to rectify the situation and completely reimbursed me. Great company that stands by their product, which also is a great product, have been using it for years and can rest assured that my phone is protected.

When I believe in a company and their product, I level up to the Pro coverage. Worth every penny. BEST ANTI-MALWARE SOFTWARE I am obsessed with Antivirus and malware programs and I tried a lot (more than 24) after trying every one I finally settle on one and that is Malwarebytes. I first used a trial version a long time ago and I love the software so I buy it. In 2012 I buy a lifetime subscription to the software. Since then I had no worries about Viruses, Malware, Spyware, Trojans, rootkits or any malicious URL, spam or Phishing.

Product is fine Product is fine. Customer service not helpful. I purchased this product years ago with activation and id number. Because it is now obsolete and no longer updating.. showing error. I contacted Malwarebytes explaining all and providing proof of ownership with id and activation code and name. They basically refused to acknowledge and rather have me pay again for their now subscription service. This is it, you buy something and later you need to buy it again for them to screw you for more money. Greed! In response ... Still awaiting your request.
