I use Malwarebytes on all my computers I use Malwarebytes Premium on both of my work computers (software development). I've also installed it on my wife's computer and both of our laptops. I recommend Malwarebytes to my friends when they realize they have some sort of issue when their browser gets taken over. It always seems to solve their issue.

Terrible customer service. Terrible customer service. Purchased the software tool Sunday 21st April. Unable to access account. Have sent multiple requests to their support team for help - I am being blatantly ignored. It's three days tomorrow since I purchased the software and I am still yet to be able to access my account. Company keeps renewing my subscription… Company keeps renewing my subscription even though I haven't used their software in more than at least a year and have not had their software installed on any of my devices for at least the same amount of time. My credit card company is investigating them for fraudulent charges.
