I use Malwarebytes on all my computers I use Malwarebytes Premium on both of my work computers (software development). I've also installed it on my wife's computer and both of our laptops. I recommend Malwarebytes to my friends when they realize they have some sort of issue when their browser gets taken over. It always seems to solve their issue.

Product is fine Product is fine. Customer service not helpful. I purchased this product years ago with activation and id number. Because it is now obsolete and no longer updating.. showing error. I contacted Malwarebytes explaining all and providing proof of ownership with id and activation code and name. They basically refused to acknowledge and rather have me pay again for their now subscription service. This is it, you buy something and later you need to buy it again for them to screw you for more money. Greed! In response ... Still awaiting your request. What's my "goto" tool - Malwarebytes!!! I've been using Malwarebytes since appx 2010, for my own systems, as well as troubleshooting customer systems. While there are some things that I'd like to see a little differently, my overall experience is, in 2 words, "Freakin' Awesome"! 1) I've never had a total failure with Malwarebytes, that's one of the reasons I rely so heavily on it, and 2) If I have "issues" or need some assistance, their Tech Support is readily available, and we've ALWAYS resolved the issue. My most recent issue wa with an installation where the license key, although valid, would not refresh beyond the previous end date. It took a little but we resolved it in pretty short order., One of the "issues" I have is that Tech Support is on the other side of the world. They follow a book of "procedural steps", and sometimes it takes a more human "approach" to get to the root of the issue. That being said...I would NOT trade Malwarebytes for ANY of my other tools. IT is ALWAYS my 1st attack tool!!!

Malwarebytes is the best I ever used Malwarebytes keeps my computer almost impenetrable to viruses and malware without constant annoying pop-ups. The real-time protection blocks threats before I even realize there was an attempted attack. And with clear notifications when it does prevent something potentially harmful, I know I can keep using my computer safely. This is hands-down the best security program out.

Last year there was a problem with the… Last year there was a problem with the auto update, I had an enormous multi hundred gig software download happen which cost me around $300.00 in excess data.. Malwarebytes were quick to rectify the situation and completely reimbursed me. Great company that stands by their product, which also is a great product, have been using it for years and can rest assured that my phone is protected.
