Best and easiest form builder I've been using OptInMonster for several years and they have the best customer of any company I've dealt with online. Very responsive and quick responses must be in their mission statement. By the way, the product is the best and easiest form builder I have ever used.

It's lightweight, and has minimal impact page load compared to other solutions. They've been around for a long time and keep getting better. When used, your conversions will go up.

OptoutMonster of their "auto upgrades". Our account auto upgraded, whatever that means, despite the fact we hadn't used it for months and we were billed nearly $1,000. We didn't get any notification and by the time we noticed the charge on our statements were told it couldn't be cancelled as we are outside the 14 day windrow. The strict policy of not refunding after 14 days is quoted a lot in these reviews, the fact they need a strict policy suggests that lots of people are not happy!. So be careful what you sign up for.

Simply fantastic Simply fantastic, borderline priceless. As a developer, OptinMonster allows me to create opt-in forms quickly on my websites to capture (and later monetise) new users. The best things about OptinMonster are: - the JavaScript API (to allow for much more complicated popups e.g. displaying location names or shipping costs). - the support for Webhooks (to allow the captured details to hit our backend CRMs. - the support for split-testing, exit-intent popups, mobile/desktop segmentation and just generally the amount of targeting options (nobody else comes close). - the support offered by their team. I pay around $600 for OptinMonster and its returns are 20x that every year. Needless to say, it's an essential for my business and no other lead generation tool comes close.

They will auto-renew you for WAY more than you think Unbelievably bad customer service. Bought a one-year contract, had no idea that it was going to automatically renew. It automatically renewed for a LOT more money than I paid for the first year. I have gotten ALMOST ZERO leads, and even less good ones. When I asked for a PARTIAL refund, once I saw that this renewed for ALMOST $1,000, they replied that I missed my 14-day window and it was non-negotiable. I will be filing this review every single place I can find so that people don't fall for this company's terrible antics.
