Refund scam I wasn't expecting to be charged during the trial period, so I've tried cancelling my subscription. The website said that is an unconditional 14-day money-back guarantee. However, it is impossible to open a ticket when I select the option "I would like to request a refund". Is it a coincidence? I don't think so. I just want my money back. As soon as possible.
