More than pays for itself Easy to install, intuitive and easy to use, fast competent support, and low cost. What's not to like?. GPS Insight has enabled us to decrease response times to customer requests. Thus increasing customer satisfaction. We now add additional stops daily that would have previously required return trips to same area. This makes us more efficient, saving us drive time, thus saving us money. GPS Insight more than pays for itself.

it's just ok to me it's just ok to me. I like being able to know where my drivers are and print landmark logs but the system itself seems a bit buggy. We always have conflicts and we seem to call about the same problems. I think some are driver error but most is system. We are constantly having to replace the cables. I haven't tried other sytems so I have no idea if it's any better than others on the market.

Great product works as intended Great product works as intended. Support could do a better job of explaining problems found and what they did to correct them. Local sales representatives would also be nice.

Good GPS Choice Have been pleased with the purchase of this product. Wish I had more time to utilize the reports and many features. GPS Insight is always looking for opportunities to improve their product. Have always liked the cloud option as we need minimal internal IT support.

Terrible Company App was terrible, support was terrible. Once my 3G unit was out of date I tried on multiple occasions to get the updated 4G unit. Never got it. Couldn't get anyone to answer my calls or emails, so I tried to cancel my account. This took multiple attempts until I finally got a confirmation email that my account was cancelled. Company continued to bill me for another 5 months all while I was trying to contact accounting. I had to dispute the charges every month with my credit card company and finally just put a stop payment to where they can't bill me anymore.
