Terrible Company App was terrible, support was terrible. Once my 3G unit was out of date I tried on multiple occasions to get the updated 4G unit. Never got it. Couldn't get anyone to answer my calls or emails, so I tried to cancel my account. This took multiple attempts until I finally got a confirmation email that my account was cancelled. Company continued to bill me for another 5 months all while I was trying to contact accounting. I had to dispute the charges every month with my credit card company and finally just put a stop payment to where they can't bill me anymore.

VERY GOOD Customer service! VERY GOOD Customer service! We have been using GPS Insight for about a year and the system is very useful. There is a small problem with the PNP system, the devices are rent based and can be internally damaged due to multiple users but customer service has always been top notch on replacing them. We are very happy with the use of the GPS Insight System!

GPS Insight has enabled us to decrease response times to customer requests. Thus increasing customer satisfaction. We now add additional stops daily that would have previously required return trips to same area. This makes us more efficient, saving us drive time, thus saving us money.
