GBWe haSignificant Issues with Support and Camera Systemve been using GPS Insight for… We have been using GPS Insight for monitoring our fleet's driving scores, which are crucial for our bonus structure. While the GPS telematics feature itself is satisfactory, we have encountered severe shortcomings with their support, communication, and camera systems that need addressing. Issues Faced: Camera Functionality: We experienced persistent issues with 5 of our cameras, which were critical for our operational needs. Despite multiple attempts to resolve these problems, it took over seven months for GPS Insight to respond, which is unacceptable in a business-critical environment. Support and Communication: The support from GPS Insight was considerably lacking. During incidents that required immediate attention, the delay in communication compounded our problems, notably during an accident that was poorly documented by the camera system, resulting in a legal setback for our company. Financial Impact: The resolution offered by GPS Insight was not proportional to the scale of inconvenience and financial strain their system failures caused. An offer to slightly reduce our agreement value felt insufficient against the backdrop of the issues faced. Comparison to Other Services: We recently signed with Samsara for our newest 12 vehicles. Their offering is not only 50% less expensive but also comes with a more manageable one-year commitment, highlighting a stark contrast in value and customer service. Conclusion: As a small business owner, my experience with GPS Insight has been profoundly disappointing. The lack of accountability and inadequate support have made it difficult to rely on their services for critical aspects of our operations. Moving forward, we hope to see improvements in their service delivery and customer care.

GBGreat product works as intended Great product works as intended. Support could do a better job of explaining problems found and what they did to correct them. Local sales representatives would also be nice.

GBWe like knowing where are trucks are at… We like knowing where are trucks are at all times and we like receiving email notifications when the truck is idling too long or speeding. It is often difficult to look at the history of where the trucks have been.

GBthis is a great tool to find employees… this is a great tool to find employees on the road immediately gps helps determine if employees have arrived on time to job site and have departed in a timely matter. my favorite part are the reports and alerts.this lets you know how the vehicles are being treated by the employees from acceleration,braking,speeding and so on. i recommend gps for every company who wants to be more efficient and involved where there employees are at especially if you handle emergency calls you could find who is closest to site in need

GBSupport is incredible! We just had our vehicles installed with GPS Asset Tracking by GPS Insight. It seems there are a number of providers for this service (I reached out to 3 or 4), but very happy we went with GPS Insight. The value for the investment is incredible. There have been multiple contacts for questions through the sales process, post-sales and pre-install, and now post-install. Any of our questions have ALWAYS been answered extremely quickly - whether by phone or email. I'm actually blown away by the level of support we've gotten. We needed to delay our install date (our own fault) and GPS Insight was extremely flexible on the install date. So far, this has been an incredible experience. Highly recommended.
