GBMy only thing is the devices and set up… My only thing is the devices and set up in the trucks give a lot of trouble with missing location, missing odometer, power failure, and say devices undocked when it is not.

GBTerrible Company App was terrible, support was terrible. Once my 3G unit was out of date I tried on multiple occasions to get the updated 4G unit. Never got it. Couldn't get anyone to answer my calls or emails, so I tried to cancel my account. This took multiple attempts until I finally got a confirmation email that my account was cancelled. Company continued to bill me for another 5 months all while I was trying to contact accounting. I had to dispute the charges every month with my credit card company and finally just put a stop payment to where they can't bill me anymore.

GBCrooks I have been a Rhino customer since before they were bought out by GPS Insight. Since GPS Insight bought them out, the customer service and billing has gone out the window. They charge whatever the want whenever they want. They changed their warranty and their customer service is horrible. Ultimately, we cancelled our services and went with another company because I do not have the time to argue with them. Now, after I have canceled and am owed a refund, they are continuing to charge my card on file. I have had to dispute the charge with my bank yet they are still charging me every other week. I am writing this review in hopes that this gets through to someone that can actually help me. I have gotten my bank involved and informed them multiple times that I do not authorize further charges yet Rhino/GPS insight keeps fraudulently charging my card. Do not do business with this overpriced crooked company.

GBVERY GOOD Customer service! VERY GOOD Customer service! We have been using GPS Insight for about a year and the system is very useful. There is a small problem with the PNP system, the devices are rent based and can be internally damaged due to multiple users but customer service has always been top notch on replacing them. We are very happy with the use of the GPS Insight System!
