Support is incredible! We just had our vehicles installed with GPS Asset Tracking by GPS Insight. It seems there are a number of providers for this service (I reached out to 3 or 4), but very happy we went with GPS Insight. The value for the investment is incredible. There have been multiple contacts for questions through the sales process, post-sales and pre-install, and now post-install. Any of our questions have ALWAYS been answered extremely quickly - whether by phone or email. I'm actually blown away by the level of support we've gotten. We needed to delay our install date (our own fault) and GPS Insight was extremely flexible on the install date. So far, this has been an incredible experience. Highly recommended.

Crooks I have been a Rhino customer since before they were bought out by GPS Insight. Since GPS Insight bought them out, the customer service and billing has gone out the window. They charge whatever the want whenever they want. They changed their warranty and their customer service is horrible. Ultimately, we cancelled our services and went with another company because I do not have the time to argue with them. Now, after I have canceled and am owed a refund, they are continuing to charge my card on file. I have had to dispute the charge with my bank yet they are still charging me every other week. I am writing this review in hopes that this gets through to someone that can actually help me. I have gotten my bank involved and informed them multiple times that I do not authorize further charges yet Rhino/GPS insight keeps fraudulently charging my card. Do not do business with this overpriced crooked company.

Great support to a large fleet We've been using GPSI-Insight devices for our fleet of 3000+ vehicles for the past three years. I must say, Antonio Fernandez and Jason Brummet have been instrumental in ensuring that everything runs smoothly. They've been very proactive in conducting device health reviews and have always been responsive to any questions we've had. It's been great working with them both. I look forward to many more years working together.

Platform/Service When utilizing this platform, I have found it to be very easy to navigate. Whenever there have been issues, the troubleshooting team is quick to respond with answers. One month where an issue arose that knocked out a few of our reporting devices; the Rhino team credited our account to offset the discrepancy- this was much appreciated.
