Best Vehicle GPS Service Our company has several dozen vehicles on the GPS Insight system. We've tried other services and feel GPS Insight's mapping, mobile app, and software are superior. When we need assistance, customer service and tech support have been responsive (and U.S.-based).

Great product works as intended Great product works as intended. Support could do a better job of explaining problems found and what they did to correct them. Local sales representatives would also be nice.

We use GPS Insight primarily to track… We use GPS Insight primarily to track mileage for our record keeping. in general the product works well and if we have an issue the support team is always there to answer our questions

it's just ok to me it's just ok to me. I like being able to know where my drivers are and print landmark logs but the system itself seems a bit buggy. We always have conflicts and we seem to call about the same problems. I think some are driver error but most is system. We are constantly having to replace the cables. I haven't tried other sytems so I have no idea if it's any better than others on the market.
