GBWell what can I say... Bought a item (that didnt show it was out of stock) but it was. Had a wait time of longer than I wanted. But once they realized the items wasn't going to be sent out anytime soon. They gave refund quickly. Only bad experience I had is that the website doesn't show a item is out of stock. Other than that, staff was helpful and friendly. I would say that if the pandemic wasnt going on . I think they would be great place to buy from

PHAwesome customer service!! Awesome customer service. Adel attended to all my queries. Got the item in time as promised. Just one suggestion, they should put inventory updates on their site. Nevertheless, i had a good experience with Optimaltex, would buy again :)
