Fantastic service Fantastic service. I've been with Hivelocity for about 8 years now. Being a novice, they are superb getting me through lots of issues I've faced over the years. From migration to simple DNS issues I had faced, their support to billings everything has been utter bliss. I don't think I'll be switching anytime in the future, they have gotten a customer for life.

A Dozen+ Years and a Dozen+ Servers Can't Be Wrong I've been with Hivelocity for more than a decade. I've had several servers of my own, plus I've recommended to many clients, and none of us has ever had any issues. The sales team and support team have been consistently the best in the industry....and I've been in this industry for around 30 years! Game server hardware. We host our game server network on Hivelocity's bare metal hardware. We have used a few different providers and have never had more consistent performance than we do now. They are quick to respond to requests with their on-site techs.

Having 7x24 access to "live" tech… Having 7x24 access to "live" tech support in the United States is worth it's weight in gold. When you factor in HiVelocity's very competitive pricing - they're hard if not impossible to beat. Because of really bad tech support with another firm, I've recently made the decision to use HiVelocity for ALL my dedicated server needs.

When there are problems - their technical support answers super fast 3. When they answer - they answer to the point and don't give the robotic answers 4. Their services aren't the cheapest ones, but certainly worth the price.
