Fantastic service Fantastic service. I've been with Hivelocity for about 8 years now. Being a novice, they are superb getting me through lots of issues I've faced over the years. From migration to simple DNS issues I had faced, their support to billings everything has been utter bliss. I don't think I'll be switching anytime in the future, they have gotten a customer for life.

I have a small VPS server but they… I have a small VPS server but they treat me like an Enterprise with 20 dedicated servers. Their VPS service is somewhat new as they've specialized in colo or dedicated so there have been a couple of hiccups but they've listened to me with their brains engaged, and responded from knowledge (and not a script) and gave me either good advice, resolved the issue, and or pointed me to good documentation for self service. I truly hope they don't change. (other than to get a few new services up and running like the cloud server) Very Very happy.

Hivelocity continues to impress I've had servers with Hivelocity for nearly 5 years now. In that time I've yet to experience a single network drop. We've had a few instances of hardware failing, however the support team is always on top of it quickly and usually has a resolution in less than an hour. I had a problem with a Linux server that I just couldn't solve. I contacted support and they were able to identify the problem. Resolve it and get my services back online with little downtime. This really saved us from a world of trouble. So far hosting with HV has been a great call.

We've been with several hosting… We've been with several hosting providers in the past. Hivelocity is by far the best ones. Why? 1. There are almost no downtimes 2. When there are problems - their technical support answers super fast 3. When they answer - they answer to the point and don't give the robotic answers 4. Their services aren't the cheapest ones, but certainly worth the price.

Eli from NY is a great resource We've been a colocation customer for about a year now. I wanted to come here to praise one specific employee. Eli from Hivelocity's NY dc is one of the nicest people I have ever met in my life. He genuinely cares about our experience, always wants to help us with problems, and provides excellent advice in all situations we have needed it. I don't usually write reviews but I had to come here to talk about him. He has made our Hivelocity experience great and I really appreciate him for it.
