Long-time repeat customer I've used wiltOS products for over four years now across multiple communities and have been more than satisfied by both the quality of their products and effectiveness of their support teams. I know through my own experience with their products that I can trust their work to be done competently and effectively, a quality that can be hard to come by. I've had to troubleshoot many PAID addons that have drastically affected my server's performance over the years, and not once has it been an addon from wiltOS Their support is both free and painless to work with. If you can follow instructions you won't run into any issues.

It is good, but Their addons are amazing but I have three gripes 1. It is overpriced, especially for a gmod addon 2. Their customer support is slow and often unhelpful. 3. Set up is harder than it needs to be due to all of the security measures. After all that, the addons is still amazing but I wouldn't get it again.

Not so friendly support Service has quickly gone downhill recently. Terrible support and seems like they are expanding too quickly for their own good.
