Much better experience than I was told Much better experience than I was told. A friend told me that it was a nightmare to get his addon to work. But it was the exact opposite. After purchasing the addon I promptly responded to the ticket with my information and a few minutes later I was told my addon was ready to be processed within 1-2 days. Later that night, my addon was good to go. I followed the instructions they gave me and the addon worked perfectly right out of the box. I can't recommend them enough. So excited for the next line of addons they have in store.
