So far, so good! I subscribed to IDrive because I read that it offered the best value and great customer service. So far, that has proven accurate. I used the Express Backup option, the hard drive arrived within a day or two, and transferring my data was easy. I just mailed it back yesterday, but I expect a similarly smooth and user-friendly process once IDrive receives it and makes it available in the cloud. So far, so good!

Gets the job done, simple to use. I have been using IDrive for several months now, and it is doing a great job of backing up my primary C drive as well as my two auxiliary drives full of RAW format photos and 4k video footage. It is simple to use and set up, and seems good enough for pro use. It also doesn't put too much of a load on the system unlike some competing products. I'm glad I purchased it, and it's a good value.

Beats the competition Pricing is very good, providing better value per byte than its main competitors. It does exactly what it says on the box and it does it both smoothly and logically, with a GUI that doesn't take a week to come to terms with. My original backup (ca 4T data) took a predictably very long time to upload but, once that was out of the way, everything else worked nicely.

Works well thus far Works well thus far. iDrive was relatively intuitive and easy to set up. Runs well and I really like having it on all my devices without separate accounts. It doesn't appear to backup my downloads folders, so it just means I can't leave anything important there (which I really shouldn't anyway). Overall very happy with iDrive!
