GBVery bad Good: Cheap and supports external drive sync. Bad: extremely slow, unreliable sync (doesn't always detect changes, sometimes Windows service just doesn't run), bandwidth "intelligent" feature doesn't work. On top of that, awful UI, and dodgy behaviour, including app adding shortcut to Desktop every time it starts. Would not recommend.

GBBeen waiting for a refund for weeks Been waiting for a refund for weeks. No urgency at all, no thorough help. I feel bad for the people they’re taking transactions from, I’ve never been met with such nonchalance with their CUSTOMERS hard earned money.

CAWorks well thus far Works well thus far. iDrive was relatively intuitive and easy to set up. Runs well and I really like having it on all my devices without separate accounts. It doesn't appear to backup my downloads folders, so it just means I can't leave anything important there (which I really shouldn't anyway). Overall very happy with iDrive!

GBRelief from Worry My objective with a cloud backup service is the ease of use as a minimum and the total image of my drive as a maximum. Though IDrive does not have the image-drive capability for Macs, that will not deter me from using IDrive for my Mac laptop. But it does provide me with an image of my Windows desktop, which is invaluable. I was a Back Blaze and Carbonite user. There's no relief from worry more than knowing that your children are okay and then what's gained from knowing your data is safe.

CAiDrive is great to save important stuff digitally! iDrive is great to save important photos, videos and documents. For the price point it's very reasonable; you have little to lose! Uploading speeds are great and layout is simple and uncomplicated!
