Shortly thereafter, an online technician went into my computer and made sure Webroot was meshing properly with my operating system, that my drivers were up to date, and that overall operations were running smoothly. Since he was very patient and thourough, explaining what he was seeing and doing as he went along, I ended up knowing my machine better and more confident in it. I am retired, on Soc Sec only, and 81. I am very grateful for my session with Michael.

Might as well buy a brick Might as well buy a brick, tie it to your computer, and drop it in a large body of water, because that is essentially the same effect that this software has. A laptop with a 3ghz processor, 32 Gb of ram cant open a web page or even system settings in under 2 minutes because webroot cripples it. push control alt del and you wait three mins to open task manager. Cutting off web access is about the only way to get even a resemblance of control over the machine. In the end i gave up and used my personal PC, and told my boss that if he didn't replace Webroot with software that worked then Id work somewhere else, its that bad (im not even kidding ive registered on several job sites because im sick of this software making an 30min of work take a full 8 hour working day)

Great unobtrusive program taking care of business Over the years I have had probably 7 or 8 virus programs; some free but most had yearly subscriptions. I have had issues with everyone of them usually with disruptive updates or rebooting requirements which screwed up other things. This is the first program I can honestly say I have had zero issues with. It was recommended to the by the tech that fixed my pc the last time it went down due to some software corruption caused by a bad update. I hardly even know it's running most of the time. Keep up the good work and stay ahead of all the dangers out there.

Have been very satisfied with Webroot. Have been very satisfied since converting to Webroot a few years ago. Only called once, when a ransomware demand popped up. Tech support answered the phone promptly and took steps to verify that Webroot software had caught and deflected that attack.
