I was having an issue I was having an issue, logging on and extending to another laptop, would send me a link to change my password, then stated it didn't recognize my username. Thank goodness I had saved my original receipt from purchasing 3 pk. and forwarded to sales. I did not think I would get assistance as fast as I did (this day and time) Webroot proved me wrong!! Great unobtrusive program taking care of business Over the years I have had probably 7 or 8 virus programs; some free but most had yearly subscriptions. I have had issues with everyone of them usually with disruptive updates or rebooting requirements which screwed up other things. This is the first program I can honestly say I have had zero issues with. It was recommended to the by the tech that fixed my pc the last time it went down due to some software corruption caused by a bad update. I hardly even know it's running most of the time. Keep up the good work and stay ahead of all the dangers out there.

This has to be the fastest and most… This has to be the fastest and most unobtrusive antivirus program out there! It has blocked and destroyed more things and sites than any other major antivirus program out on the market. Runs quietly in the background and doesn't hamper the computer it's on even if the computer in question is an older one. I have tried Norton, Kaspersky, AVD, and Viper, and of all of them, Webroot is number a, American owned, and number b, effective. Get this program and enjoy not having Norton try to have you buy a more expensive version and be a system hog at the same time. Your computer will thank you.

I trusted Webroot and paid them 1,900+… I trusted Webroot and paid them 1,900+ FOR LIFETIME protection last year. I needed them to eliminate a hacker that has been on my computer 4 days I was unaware. I was calling a bank today and the call was intercepted by a hacker asking me for banking information. I didn't give him much but when it was done I called webroot. They cleaned my Mac up and then tried to RANSOM my computer's programming for $1,199. They said they were erasing the entire computer NOW if I didn't pay up. I did not pay. Computer still working but the threat after I spent 5 months last year hacked- totally erased any trust I ever had in Webroot. Don't let them hold your programs for ransom almost 2k.

I have had Webroot Anywhere for quite a… I have had Webroot Anywhere for quite a few years now, after using McAfee where my computer got hacked and I lost everything, went to Best Buy and ordered after they told me about it. This was the Best Advice I had ever received as I use this on our cell phone, laptop and 2 computers now without any problems, never had another issue. Keep up The Terrific Work you All do @ Webroot, it means the world to my family.
