Since using webroot years ago. Since using webroot years ago, we have had no true issues with our computer. Webroot quietly monitors everything and does it in the background. We have used other systems in the past, and have found most are very obnoxious, and get in the way. Webroot is a wonderful system and we highly recommend it.

This was the Best Advice I had ever received as I use this on our cell phone, laptop and 2 computers now without any problems, never had another issue. It has blocked and destroyed more things and sites than any other major antivirus program out on the market. Runs quietly in the background and doesn't hamper the computer it's on even if the computer in question is an older one. I have tried Norton, Kaspersky, AVD, and Viper, and of all of them, Webroot is number a, American owned, and number b, effective. Get this program and enjoy not having Norton try to have you buy a more expensive version and be a system hog at the same time. Your computer will thank you.

No internet access and still no access on the website I have not had any issues on my desktop, however, when I try to log in the website, it kept saying to enter my key word, I did and website would not let me log in. Even today, I'm not able to log in through the website, but ever since I renewed my subscription, My desktop icon works fine. I would say since a year and currently I am not able to log into the website. I don't know why. it lets me renew my subscription. I have tried several troubleshoots and have change password and still no luck; I have even email webroot and no replies or communication. It works perfect on my desktop. No internet access and no communication from webroot to correct this issue.

It's like a Malware I've used Webroot for quite a few years but only just realised it's worse than many of the Scam cowboys on the internet it's supposed to protect you from. Webroot CAPTURES your PC and it's very difficult to get rid of it. Because Webroot now charges ridiculous prices for renewal, especially for customers outside the USA/Canada, I decided to delete it and install a different software. It's then I find Webroot does EVERYTHING it can to STOP you deleting it.. It's CAPTURED your computer. You need to be a computer expert to be able to find the tricks to get this MALWARE out of your computer. It's worse than any Malware software I've seen before. I warn anyone thinking of installing it to BEWARE !!
