Great unobtrusive program taking care of business Over the years I have had probably 7 or 8 virus programs; some free but most had yearly subscriptions. I have had issues with everyone of them usually with disruptive updates or rebooting requirements which screwed up other things. This is the first program I can honestly say I have had zero issues with. It was recommended to the by the tech that fixed my pc the last time it went down due to some software corruption caused by a bad update. I hardly even know it's running most of the time. Keep up the good work and stay ahead of all the dangers out there.

I trusted Webroot and paid them 1,900+… I trusted Webroot and paid them 1,900+ FOR LIFETIME protection last year. I needed them to eliminate a hacker that has been on my computer 4 days I was unaware. I was calling a bank today and the call was intercepted by a hacker asking me for banking information. I didn't give him much but when it was done I called webroot. They cleaned my Mac up and then tried to RANSOM my computer's programming for $1,199. They said they were erasing the entire computer NOW if I didn't pay up. I did not pay. Computer still working but the threat after I spent 5 months last year hacked- totally erased any trust I ever had in Webroot. Don't let them hold your programs for ransom almost 2k.

I just renewed I just renewed. Shortly thereafter, an online technician went into my computer and made sure Webroot was meshing properly with my operating system, that my drivers were up to date, and that overall operations were running smoothly. Since he was very patient and thourough, explaining what he was seeing and doing as he went along, I ended up knowing my machine better and more confident in it. I am retired, on Soc Sec only, and 81. I am very grateful for my session with Michael.

Keeping my Computers Safe Been with Webroot for a couple years now, I have often questioned whether its working well or not but I suppose the truth is I've had no problems and they must be protecting my computer. I've bounced back and forth with some of the other antivirus software but this seems to be fine. There's never any malicious threats so I can't report on what happens when there's a virus.

BUY WEBROOT Twice, as it will happen on the internet, my computer got hijacked by a virus that tells me to call a number to Microsoft (yea, right) to fix it. Within seconds, I turned off and rebooted the laptop, went to Webroot and performed an immediate scan. Bing, bang, bong... I was fine. ....... Also, when I changed computers after one got too old, Webroot help made the transition easy and seamless.
