GBScam company that charges your card Scam company that charges your card for some auto-renewal. I have tried contacting them about my father’s account and you cannot reach them by phone unless you have your account number, you are directed to e-mail them instead. I e-mailed them and to my shock, there has been no reply (sarcasm). My father has dementia and definitely didn’t authorize this charge. I’ll have to dispute directly through the bank.

GBBeen Webroot customer since Window's Vista. Webroot came with the computer I bought over 20 yesterday ago. Windows came with a program I needed to renew but I couldn't get their attention so I go to renew Webroot and got a human being on the first try and was told their security programs offered what I was trying to renew with Windows. I always renew for multiple years. The websites I go to shows it is accepted as safe with the Webroot logo in the upper right corner. I have had a few more desktops since and just change over to the new one. My household has several computers and webroot takes care of all of them.

GBWebroot Rocks ! Webroot has protected my devices for at least 2-3 years now, and I learned about it from my 35 year old son who was impressed with the level of protection and services for the cost. I'm not a computer genius by any means, but for my son it's part of his business and personal security. My older son 40 years old also uses it along with my wife and I who own a travel agency. If I ever hear different from my son, I'll do what he recommends but he's had Webroot longer than us by a ways, and is all about it.. Thank You for the protection, especially these days !

GBHave been very satisfied with Webroot. Have been very satisfied since converting to Webroot a few years ago. Only called once, when a ransomware demand popped up. Tech support answered the phone promptly and took steps to verify that Webroot software had caught and deflected that attack.

GBBUY WEBROOT Twice, as it will happen on the internet, my computer got hijacked by a virus that tells me to call a number to Microsoft (yea, right) to fix it. Within seconds, I turned off and rebooted the laptop, went to Webroot and performed an immediate scan. Bing, bang, bong... I was fine. ....... Also, when I changed computers after one got too old, Webroot help made the transition easy and seamless.
