Since using webroot years ago. Since using webroot years ago, we have had no true issues with our computer. Webroot quietly monitors everything and does it in the background. We have used other systems in the past, and have found most are very obnoxious, and get in the way. Webroot is a wonderful system and we highly recommend it.

BUY WEBROOT Twice, as it will happen on the internet, my computer got hijacked by a virus that tells me to call a number to Microsoft (yea, right) to fix it. I have tried contacting them about my father’s account and you cannot reach them by phone unless you have your account number, you are directed to e-mail them instead. I e-mailed them and to my shock, there has been no reply (sarcasm). My father has dementia and definitely didn’t authorize this charge. I’ll have to dispute directly through the bank.
