I trusted Webroot and paid them 1,900+… I trusted Webroot and paid them 1,900+ FOR LIFETIME protection last year. I needed them to eliminate a hacker that has been on my computer 4 days I was unaware. I was calling a bank today and the call was intercepted by a hacker asking me for banking information. I didn't give him much but when it was done I called webroot. They cleaned my Mac up and then tried to RANSOM my computer's programming for $1,199. They said they were erasing the entire computer NOW if I didn't pay up. I did not pay. Computer still working but the threat after I spent 5 months last year hacked- totally erased any trust I ever had in Webroot. Don't let them hold your programs for ransom almost 2k.

Been Webroot customer since Window's Vista. Webroot came with the computer I bought over 20 yesterday ago. Windows came with a program I needed to renew but I couldn't get their attention so I go to renew Webroot and got a human being on the first try and was told their security programs offered what I was trying to renew with Windows. I always renew for multiple years. The websites I go to shows it is accepted as safe with the Webroot logo in the upper right corner. I have had a few more desktops since and just change over to the new one. My household has several computers and webroot takes care of all of them.

This has to be the fastest and most… This has to be the fastest and most unobtrusive antivirus program out there! It has blocked and destroyed more things and sites than any other major antivirus program out on the market. Runs quietly in the background and doesn't hamper the computer it's on even if the computer in question is an older one. I have tried Norton, Kaspersky, AVD, and Viper, and of all of them, Webroot is number a, American owned, and number b, effective. Get this program and enjoy not having Norton try to have you buy a more expensive version and be a system hog at the same time. Your computer will thank you.

I was having an issue I was having an issue, logging on and extending to another laptop, would send me a link to change my password, then stated it didn't recognize my username. Thank goodness I had saved my original receipt from purchasing 3 pk. and forwarded to sales. I did not think I would get assistance as fast as I did (this day and time) Webroot proved me wrong!! The best antivirus I've ever used The best antivirus I've ever used. It's super simple too which makes it a great combination for people who don't know much about cyber security. This combo led me to use it at my company's call center on 30+ computers, my personal computers, and my parents' computers. Easy and effective at keeping everyone and everything safe!
