A laptop with a 3ghz processor, 32 Gb of ram cant open a web page or even system settings in under 2 minutes because webroot cripples it. push control alt del and you wait three mins to open task manager. Cutting off web access is about the only way to get even a resemblance of control over the machine. In the end i gave up and used my personal PC, and told my boss that if he didn't replace Webroot with software that worked then Id work somewhere else, its that bad (im not even kidding ive registered on several job sites because im sick of this software making an 30min of work take a full 8 hour working day)

I was having an issue I was having an issue, logging on and extending to another laptop, would send me a link to change my password, then stated it didn't recognize my username. Thank goodness I had saved my original receipt from purchasing 3 pk. and forwarded to sales. I did not think I would get assistance as fast as I did (this day and time) Webroot proved me wrong!! Thank you for the fast assistance!

It's like a Malware I've used Webroot for quite a few years but only just realised it's worse than many of the Scam cowboys on the internet it's supposed to protect you from. Webroot CAPTURES your PC and it's very difficult to get rid of it. Because Webroot now charges ridiculous prices for renewal, especially for customers outside the USA/Canada, I decided to delete it and install a different software. It's then I find Webroot does EVERYTHING it can to STOP you deleting it.. It's CAPTURED your computer. You need to be a computer expert to be able to find the tricks to get this MALWARE out of your computer. It's worse than any Malware software I've seen before. I warn anyone thinking of installing it to BEWARE !!

Since using webroot years ago. Since using webroot years ago, we have had no true issues with our computer. Webroot quietly monitors everything and does it in the background. We have used other systems in the past, and have found most are very obnoxious, and get in the way. Webroot is a wonderful system and we highly recommend it.

Keeping my Computers Safe Been with Webroot for a couple years now, I have often questioned whether its working well or not but I suppose the truth is I've had no problems and they must be protecting my computer. I've bounced back and forth with some of the other antivirus software but this seems to be fine. There's never any malicious threats so I can't report on what happens when there's a virus.
