GBBUY WEBROOT Twice, as it will happen on the internet, my computer got hijacked by a virus that tells me to call a number to Microsoft (yea, right) to fix it. Within seconds, I turned off and rebooted the laptop, went to Webroot and performed an immediate scan. Bing, bang, bong... I was fine. ....... Also, when I changed computers after one got too old, Webroot help made the transition easy and seamless.

GBPeace of mind I love my Webroot virus protection. It runs behind the scenes, never slows me down, and gives outstanding protection from the nasty stuff your devices might encounter. I have complete confidence and trust in this product.

GBI have been using webroot for five plus… I have been using webroot for five plus years. When I had an issue I called support. The support tech said that in order for the issue to be fixed I had to pay $165.00. I only wanted them to restart the software to protect my PC, I had already paid for a three year subscription. I believe it is Webroot's tactic to try to charge when all you need is something simple like restart the software. I am very disappointed in Webroot since I have been happy with them for a while. I chose to uninstall the software and I purchased another protection software even thought I had 200 days left on my subscription.

GBGreat unobtrusive program taking care of business Over the years I have had probably 7 or 8 virus programs; some free but most had yearly subscriptions. I have had issues with everyone of them usually with disruptive updates or rebooting requirements which screwed up other things. This is the first program I can honestly say I have had zero issues with. It was recommended to the by the tech that fixed my pc the last time it went down due to some software corruption caused by a bad update. I hardly even know it's running most of the time. Keep up the good work and stay ahead of all the dangers out there.

GBScam company that charges your card Scam company that charges your card for some auto-renewal. I have tried contacting them about my father’s account and you cannot reach them by phone unless you have your account number, you are directed to e-mail them instead. I e-mailed them and to my shock, there has been no reply (sarcasm). My father has dementia and definitely didn’t authorize this charge. I’ll have to dispute directly through the bank.
