they suck Have one account auto renewal lets say 50 if use special 25 now didn't do auto they wont let me in . Called 3 times emailed not sure how many not one return call they suck. Also cancelled auto renewal and still charged did 1 month in advance Beware of this company

Shortly thereafter, an online technician went into my computer and made sure Webroot was meshing properly with my operating system, that my drivers were up to date, and that overall operations were running smoothly. Might as well buy a brick Might as well buy a brick, tie it to your computer, and drop it in a large body of water, because that is essentially the same effect that this software has. A laptop with a 3ghz processor, 32 Gb of ram cant open a web page or even system settings in under 2 minutes because webroot cripples it. push control alt del and you wait three mins to open task manager. Cutting off web access is about the only way to get even a resemblance of control over the machine. In the end i gave up and used my personal PC, and told my boss that if he didn't replace Webroot with software that worked then Id work somewhere else, its that bad (im not even kidding ive registered on several job sites because im sick of this software making an 30min of work take a full 8 hour working day)

Keeping my Computers Safe Been with Webroot for a couple years now, I have often questioned whether its working well or not but I suppose the truth is I've had no problems and they must be protecting my computer. I've bounced back and forth with some of the other antivirus software but this seems to be fine. There's never any malicious threats so I can't report on what happens when there's a virus.
