they suck Have one account auto renewal lets say 50 if use special 25 now didn't do auto they wont let me in . Called 3 times emailed not sure how many not one return call they suck. Also cancelled auto renewal and still charged did 1 month in advance Beware of this company

Since using webroot years ago. Since using webroot years ago, we have had no true issues with our computer. Webroot quietly monitors everything and does it in the background. We have used other systems in the past, and have found most are very obnoxious, and get in the way. Webroot is a wonderful system and we highly recommend it.

It's like a Malware I've used Webroot for quite a few years but only just realised it's worse than many of the Scam cowboys on the internet it's supposed to protect you from. Webroot CAPTURES your PC and it's very difficult to get rid of it. Because Webroot now charges ridiculous prices for renewal, especially for customers outside the USA/Canada, I decided to delete it and install a different software. It's then I find Webroot does EVERYTHING it can to STOP you deleting it.. It's CAPTURED your computer. You need to be a computer expert to be able to find the tricks to get this MALWARE out of your computer. It's worse than any Malware software I've seen before. I warn anyone thinking of installing it to BEWARE !!

Been Webroot customer since Window's Vista. Webroot came with the computer I bought over 20 yesterday ago. Windows came with a program I needed to renew but I couldn't get their attention so I go to renew Webroot and got a human being on the first try and was told their security programs offered what I was trying to renew with Windows. I always renew for multiple years. The websites I go to shows it is accepted as safe with the Webroot logo in the upper right corner. I have had a few more desktops since and just change over to the new one. My household has several computers and webroot takes care of all of them.

Might as well buy a brick Might as well buy a brick, tie it to your computer, and drop it in a large body of water, because that is essentially the same effect that this software has. A laptop with a 3ghz processor, 32 Gb of ram cant open a web page or even system settings in under 2 minutes because webroot cripples it. push control alt del and you wait three mins to open task manager. Cutting off web access is about the only way to get even a resemblance of control over the machine. In the end i gave up and used my personal PC, and told my boss that if he didn't replace Webroot with software that worked then Id work somewhere else, its that bad (im not even kidding ive registered on several job sites because im sick of this software making an 30min of work take a full 8 hour working day)
