I was having an issue I was having an issue, logging on and extending to another laptop, would send me a link to change my password, then stated it didn't recognize my username. Thank goodness I had saved my original receipt from purchasing 3 pk. and forwarded to sales. I did not think I would get assistance as fast as I did (this day and time) Webroot proved me wrong!! Thank you for the fast assistance!

Peace of mind I love my Webroot virus protection. It runs behind the scenes, never slows me down, and gives outstanding protection from the nasty stuff your devices might encounter. I have complete confidence and trust in this product.

Might as well buy a brick Might as well buy a brick, tie it to your computer, and drop it in a large body of water, because that is essentially the same effect that this software has. A laptop with a 3ghz processor, 32 Gb of ram cant open a web page or even system settings in under 2 minutes because webroot cripples it. push control alt del and you wait three mins to open task manager. Cutting off web access is about the only way to get even a resemblance of control over the machine. In the end i gave up and used my personal PC, and told my boss that if he didn't replace Webroot with software that worked then Id work somewhere else, its that bad (im not even kidding ive registered on several job sites because im sick of this software making an 30min of work take a full 8 hour working day)

Keeping my Computers Safe Been with Webroot for a couple years now, I have often questioned whether its working well or not but I suppose the truth is I've had no problems and they must be protecting my computer. I've bounced back and forth with some of the other antivirus software but this seems to be fine. There's never any malicious threats so I can't report on what happens when there's a virus.

This was the Best Advice I had ever received as I use this on our cell phone, laptop and 2 computers now without any problems, never had another issue. Keep up The Terrific Work you All do @ Webroot, it means the world to my family.
