they suck Have one account auto renewal lets say 50 if use special 25 now didn't do auto they wont let me in . Called 3 times emailed not sure how many not one return call they suck. Also cancelled auto renewal and still charged did 1 month in advance Beware of this company

Have been very satisfied with Webroot. Have been very satisfied since converting to Webroot a few years ago. Only called once, when a ransomware demand popped up. Tech support answered the phone promptly and took steps to verify that Webroot software had caught and deflected that attack.

I have had Webroot Anywhere for quite a… I have had Webroot Anywhere for quite a few years now, after using McAfee where my computer got hacked and I lost everything, went to Best Buy and ordered after they told me about it. This was the Best Advice I had ever received as I use this on our cell phone, laptop and 2 computers now without any problems, never had another issue. It has blocked and destroyed more things and sites than any other major antivirus program out on the market. Runs quietly in the background and doesn't hamper the computer it's on even if the computer in question is an older one. I have tried Norton, Kaspersky, AVD, and Viper, and of all of them, Webroot is number a, American owned, and number b, effective. Get this program and enjoy not having Norton try to have you buy a more expensive version and be a system hog at the same time. Your computer will thank you.

I have been using webroot for five plus… I have been using webroot for five plus years. When I had an issue I called support. The support tech said that in order for the issue to be fixed I had to pay $165.00. I only wanted them to restart the software to protect my PC, I had already paid for a three year subscription. I believe it is Webroot's tactic to try to charge when all you need is something simple like restart the software. I am very disappointed in Webroot since I have been happy with them for a while. I chose to uninstall the software and I purchased another protection software even thought I had 200 days left on my subscription.
