Easy, straightforward, sells at msrp. Would rate higher if I could. It’s been impossible to get a hold of a specific ASUS laptop since its launch months ago. Every major retailer has been persistently out-of-stock while others are marking up prices absurd amounts. Came across antonline by chance, I’ve never heard of them before, was honestly skeptical given NO OTHER RETAILER was in-stock or selling at msrp. Delightfully surprised when a box showed up just a week later. Laptop shipped with a very nice backpack and stylus. Antonline has kept me in the know with my purchase through email updates, provided tracking information from day one. Straight-froward and a pleasure to buy from. Coming back fro future electronics.

Not worth risking a purchase with this company purchased a console bundle on this site, but they failed to either ship the console or UPS lost / stole contents / or damaged the box on the way. Antonline phone support is friendly but can't help and ask you to email their support email. Contact with their support email has the slowest turn around ever and reply back with the most generic reply backs get away with their scam operation and / or wont help you in any shape or form. I now know it is not worth the risk EVER buying from this company again, BUYERS BEWARE!

I don't really know what all the bad… I don't really know what all the bad reviews are about, but I personally had a great experience with AntOnline recently! I saw that they were currently (as of 01/18/2022) the ONLY retailer online offering Xbox Series X bundles and they weren't sold out....so I jumped on it. Got a little nervous after reading the bad reviews, but approximately 3 days after I bought it...it arrived at my doorstep via UPS...packed well, undamaged, and brand spankin' new! Contents included (1) Xbox Series X console, XBox Elite wireless controller, one standard wired headset. They offered a bundle with the 20th anniversary headset after I already placed my order (which got sold out) but...I dunno...I got my order in what ended up being a seamless transaction. Thanks AntOnline!

There was a unauthorized purchase made… There was a unauthorized purchase made under my name by a family member staying at my house... of over $1900. I was thankfully notified by my credit card of the charge, and immediately gave Antonline a call and emailed their customer service as well. David Miller the support Manager was a big help and was able to cancel the purchase. Thank you for the swift response and handling of this unfortunate situation!
