The company really went above and… The company really went above and beyond to make sure that the packaging was wrapped securely. I felt confident when I picked up my package from the FedEx terminal that the contents would be safe. When I got home the PlayStation five and all the bundle accessory’s were undamaged. They were very good at updating me every step of the way, and I would definitely use them again. I wish that they would get UPS to deliver instead of Fedex. Fedex did not attempt to even deliver my package but thankfully being a former package driver, I picked up the package from the terminal myself. This is definitely not a knock against ANTonline because they did a good job and it’s out of this company’s hands what Fedex does.

Not worth risking a purchase with this company purchased a console bundle on this site, but they failed to either ship the console or UPS lost / stole contents / or damaged the box on the way. Antonline phone support is friendly but can't help and ask you to email their support email. Contact with their support email has the slowest turn around ever and reply back with the most generic reply backs get away with their scam operation and / or wont help you in any shape or form. I now know it is not worth the risk EVER buying from this company again, BUYERS BEWARE!

Scam! I purchased a Poly Voyager headset on… I purchased a Poly Voyager headset on Walmart.com from antonline. The listing clearly shows it is for a headset and I was sent just the USB adapter. I purchased it on 01/19/24 and it just arrived today, 01/27/24. Not only did I get scammed but it took over a week to mail an item that weighs less than an ounce. Very disappointed. Here is the listing: wwwdotwalmartdotcom/ip/Poly-Voyager-4320-USB-C-Headset-Siri-Google-Assistant-Stereo-Mono-USB-Type-C-Wired-Wireless-Bluetooth-298-6-ft-20-Hz-kHz-On-ear-Over-the-head-Binaura/5055571153?athbdg=L1100&from=/search

Poor value in the bundle. This is a shortage item so it was only available in a bundle. I could use most of the bundle due to the size of my family but I'm sure usage would be very limited for most buyers. The bundle price was also taken at MSRP + a premium, whereas every bundle item can be had at a steep discount which increased the premium to near-scalper levels. The included software was 4 years old and had already been 'pulled'/decommed by the developer so it was an awful value. There was also not enough bot/scalper deterrent so I barely got this item but I'm sure most of these were resold by scalpers.
