Scam! I purchased a Poly Voyager headset on… I purchased a Poly Voyager headset on Walmart.com from antonline. The listing clearly shows it is for a headset and I was sent just the USB adapter. I purchased it on 01/19/24 and it just arrived today, 01/27/24. Not only did I get scammed but it took over a week to mail an item that weighs less than an ounce. Very disappointed. Good Order Experience - Bad Bundle and Price The Series X bundle (Console-$500, Elite 2 CTRL-$180, Forza 7(2019)-$40, Microsoft WIRED headset$60, GPU 3 Month-$45) $825 price was based on individual items going for MSRP vs. current market markdown. At the time of purchase ant online listed the Elite 2 CTRL for $180, but they also had the Elite 2 as a bundle with Forza 7 for $170. Whatever... The experience was fine, but Ant online and other retailers are taking advantage of the demand for the Series X by bundling it with dead stock.

There was a unauthorized purchase made… There was a unauthorized purchase made under my name by a family member staying at my house... of over $1900. I was thankfully notified by my credit card of the charge, and immediately gave Antonline a call and emailed their customer service as well. David Miller the support Manager was a big help and was able to cancel the purchase. Thank you for the swift response and handling of this unfortunate situation!

I wish the checkout showed taxes I wish the checkout showed taxes before you confirm purchase I accidentally bought this when I tried to calculate all the final expenses to see if I wanted to buy it lol. Shipping was decent aside from my box getting smashed by the shipping company I assume which terrified me since it was the most expensive thing I've ever ordered online. But ant online did everything fine.
