The company really went above and… The company really went above and beyond to make sure that the packaging was wrapped securely. I felt confident when I picked up my package from the FedEx terminal that the contents would be safe. When I got home the PlayStation five and all the bundle accessory’s were undamaged. They were very good at updating me every step of the way, and I would definitely use them again. I wish that they would get UPS to deliver instead of Fedex. Fedex did not attempt to even deliver my package but thankfully being a former package driver, I picked up the package from the terminal myself. This is definitely not a knock against ANTonline because they did a good job and it’s out of this company’s hands what Fedex does.

Good prices but watch for shipping fees Nice value on the products but the shipping price seemed excessive and not clear. Several similar items have free shipping while the product I order cost $55 to ship it. It feels like a hidden fee when it's unexpected like that.

Bought a Starfield limited edition Xbox… Bought a Starfield limited edition Xbox controller and they packaged it poorly. Controller box was smash on corners. When asked if they could replace they wouldn’t offer that option but refund only. My issue is the fact I wanted the controller for collection purposes and now that’s ruined due to the box condition. PLEASE ANTONLINE PACKAGE ITEMS BETTER!

2nd order with Antonline 2nd order with Antonline, and was not only quick and easy, my last order, delivered in approx. 5 days which I thought was pretty good. This time I ordered a ps5 and some accessories on Sunday a.m. and received my order on Tuesday afternoon. That, in my opinion, is outstanding. Antonline is now my first place to shop for electronics from now on.

Not worth risking a purchase with this company purchased a console bundle on this site, but they failed to either ship the console or UPS lost / stole contents / or damaged the box on the way. Antonline phone support is friendly but can't help and ask you to email their support email. Contact with their support email has the slowest turn around ever and reply back with the most generic reply backs get away with their scam operation and / or wont help you in any shape or form. I now know it is not worth the risk EVER buying from this company again, BUYERS BEWARE!
