Reliable product. Unreliable shipping I ordered a printer we were in dire need of by a certain promised time. We were charged the overnight fee even though we did not infact recieve the product overnight but rather two days later. The printer is working great but I dont know that I'd use them again for this simple reason. David

I would recommend I purchased a Lexmark all-in-one laser printer, and they had the best price I could find online. Delivery was fast, I would recommend.
