They sent me a new unit the same day that I called and then only after I go the replacement did the defective one go back to them (they paid for the return shipping on that too)! Awsome comapny!

Great Service from Printers101! Fast service. I was able to order to order the printer we needed for our pharmacy with overnight shipping for only $99.
