good but could even be better good company, good service, good prices should be more accessible by phone and return calls when messages left leave voice mail when closed for holidays

Reliable product. Unreliable shipping I ordered a printer we were in dire need of by a certain promised time. We were charged the overnight fee even though we did not infact recieve the product overnight but rather two days later. The printer is working great but I dont know that I'd use them again for this simple reason. David
