Good Deal After doing my reseach, I bought from printers101 for not only the best price I could find, but after each phone call to them (I take my time to order, especially a $2000+ printer), I did not feel pressured to purchase at any time. Each rep answered my questions and that was it. I would buy from them again.

OK Experience Ordering from their site was very easy. I didn't like the fact that you had to click to see the price, but I understand why they do it, sort of. The price was right and the reviews seem to be all positive. I ordered and I was pleasently surprised, all was good. Thank you.

Right kind of service They went above and beyond with me. After getting a busted machine, they swapped it for a new one so fast -- wow! They sent me a new unit the same day that I called and then only after I go the replacement did the defective one go back to them (they paid for the return shipping on that too)! Awsome comapny!
