Good Deal I ordered a Lexmark T652dn printer from them. Ordered online (easy) and done. I received my order 2 days later, I would buy from them again.

Good exchange help I purchased a few ink ribbons, 1 was all dried up. Printers101 had me just toss it out and they sent me a new one at no cost to me! That is good service! I would shop with them again.

Reliable product. Unreliable shipping I ordered a printer we were in dire need of by a certain promised time. We were charged the overnight fee even though we did not infact recieve the product overnight but rather two days later. The printer is working great but I dont know that I'd use them again for this simple reason. David
