Reliable product. Unreliable shipping I ordered a printer we were in dire need of by a certain promised time. We were charged the overnight fee even though we did not infact recieve the product overnight but rather two days later. The printer is working great but I dont know that I'd use them again for this simple reason. David

Super Fast to CA Being in CA and them in NY was no problem as they have a warehouse in CA. I placed my order on Monday afternoon and had the very next day Tuesday morning! I would order from them again.
