It connects me with companies where I give genuine feedback on websites, prototypes, and videos to help improve their services or message. And, I earn extra cash that really adds up!

Great Consumer Feedback/Testing Site I like the fact that giving feedback or taking tests via their platform/app is very easy. It will give you all you need when making a feedback or test, including a screensharing app. I also appreciate the fact that payouts are through Paypal and very quick - others would give you "points" which you need to "save" to "buy rewards". Finally, I like that their customer service team is very responsive when I contact them for any concern/question I have.

No support whatsoever No support whatsoever #4904601C I found a test on Usertesting. I immediately qualified and I immediately completed the test. Only telling me over a month later that I took too long and completed the test after the date I was eligible for it. Then why was it on the website? Of course, there’s no way to dispute it….wow

My advice: Stay away from them. Looks like this review is full of fake 5 stars reviews of so enthusiastic people . The truth is far from those fake reviews. The company is not professional at all, will make you work, make take a test when they will record your screen then shut down your account for no reason.

Great way to earn extra cash Great way to earn extra cash. Easy to use, just keep the usertesting tab open when browsing the web and wait for the 'ding' when a new test is available. Can take a while to find a qualifying test, but don't be disheartened as usertesting pays well compared to other survey sites. So far I have made over $600.
