I am suspicious at best because the look and feel of the Paypal they want you to link with is nowhere near what I use. Colors alone are off-putting, and then there is no way of locating an ID to enter into my more legit-looking PayPal app to make the verification this way. I don't trust giving my information over. I know PayPal has verified my account information because I have made transactions in the past. This "verification process" through User Testing should not be so difficult and should be more transparent. There are critical elements missing to make me trust them.

Frustrating It is legit and when it works it's a good way to make extra cash but it takes a long time to find a test you're qualified to do and the support service is non existent! It took ages for them to review my practice test and then my first paid test. And then one customer left me a 1 star rating which was really unfair and since then I haven't been able to get any more test invites!

A genuine and decent test platform I've been using UT for several months now, along with other similar apps. UT is far and away the best one. Yes, you have to complete quite a few screener surveys before being accepted to one, and you won't make millions. You also have to ensure you complete tests properly, as some of them will give you a star rating. But you can legitimately get to take part in a couple of surveys a week if you put the effort in and answer honestly.
