Works great I have been with Usretesting since April and it works very well. I wish I would have more tests as a tester with them, but the ones that are available on the platform are working great. I would encourage businesses to use user testing as a platform because it just has the capacity and capability to provide the software needed and support. Unlikely many other platforms that have technical problems all the time and no support, this one works great. Very pleased with them. Thanks, userstesting!

Easy, reliable, interesting I've been a tester for years, and I've always been happy with my experience. The system is easy to use overall, and the tests are usually quick enough that they don't take up huge amounts of your time. Payment is always on time, and it's always interesting to see a new product/site come out a few months later and know that you're one of the people who influenced its development

Frustrating It is legit and when it works it's a good way to make extra cash but it takes a long time to find a test you're qualified to do and the support service is non existent! It took ages for them to review my practice test and then my first paid test. And then one customer left me a 1 star rating which was really unfair and since then I haven't been able to get any more test invites!

I have not been able to get passed the verification process I have not been able to get passed the verifying the PayPal part. I am suspicious at best because the look and feel of the Paypal they want you to link with is nowhere near what I use. Colors alone are off-putting, and then there is no way of locating an ID to enter into my more legit-looking PayPal app to make the verification this way. I don't trust giving my information over. I know PayPal has verified my account information because I have made transactions in the past. This "verification process" through User Testing should not be so difficult and should be more transparent. There are critical elements missing to make me trust them.

Great Consumer Feedback/Testing Site I like the fact that giving feedback or taking tests via their platform/app is very easy. It will give you all you need when making a feedback or test, including a screensharing app. I also appreciate the fact that payouts are through Paypal and very quick - others would give you "points" which you need to "save" to "buy rewards". Finally, I like that their customer service team is very responsive when I contact them for any concern/question I have.
