Works great I have been with Usretesting since April and it works very well. I wish I would have more tests as a tester with them, but the ones that are available on the platform are working great. I would encourage businesses to use user testing as a platform because it just has the capacity and capability to provide the software needed and support. Unlikely many other platforms that have technical problems all the time and no support, this one works great. Very pleased with them. Thanks, userstesting!

I have not been able to get passed the verification process I have not been able to get passed the verifying the PayPal part. I am suspicious at best because the look and feel of the Paypal they want you to link with is nowhere near what I use. Colors alone are off-putting, and then there is no way of locating an ID to enter into my more legit-looking PayPal app to make the verification this way. I don't trust giving my information over. I know PayPal has verified my account information because I have made transactions in the past. This "verification process" through User Testing should not be so difficult and should be more transparent. There are critical elements missing to make me trust them.

Great way to earn extra cash Great way to earn extra cash. Easy to use, just keep the usertesting tab open when browsing the web and wait for the 'ding' when a new test is available. Can take a while to find a qualifying test, but don't be disheartened as usertesting pays well compared to other survey sites. So far I have made over $600.

I got two one star ratings for no… I got two one star ratings for no reason. I am no longer eligible to take any more tests. User Testing told me that I was outside of the country which wasn't true. I am based in the UK and did not travel anywhere. I hd tried to contact the support multiple times and have never heard back. Do not recommend using this platform.

No support whatsoever No support whatsoever #4904601C I found a test on Usertesting. I immediately qualified and I immediately completed the test. Only telling me over a month later that I took too long and completed the test after the date I was eligible for it. Then why was it on the website? Of course, there’s no way to dispute it….wow
