My advice: Stay away from them. Looks like this review is full of fake 5 stars reviews of so enthusiastic people . The truth is far from those fake reviews. The company is not professional at all, will make you work, make take a test when they will record your screen then shut down your account for no reason.

They're honest and friendly, very responsive and very helpful should an issue arise. Plenty of testing opportunities with prompt payouts for successful tests. I'm grateful and fortunate to be a tester for UserTesting.

Frustrating It is legit and when it works it's a good way to make extra cash but it takes a long time to find a test you're qualified to do and the support service is non existent! It took ages for them to review my practice test and then my first paid test. And then one customer left me a 1 star rating which was really unfair and since then I haven't been able to get any more test invites!
