Only telling me over a month later that I took too long and completed the test after the date I was eligible for it. Then why was it on the website? Of course, there’s no way to dispute it….wow

They're honest and friendly, very responsive and very helpful should an issue arise. Plenty of testing opportunities with prompt payouts for successful tests. Usertesting is by far the fairest… Usertesting is by far the fairest company of its kind that I carry out tasks for. It is fair paying, very helpful and once you reach 4 stars or above you generally get around 5 tasks a week at least. On top of this, if a test doesn't work or is cancelled their end, you are often compensated. They genuinely seem to care about their workers and that is sensible as doing so encourages people to work well and provide useful feedback. I would definitely recommend signing up.
