Absolutely brilliant company! I have nothing but love for this amazing company. Usertesting pays users like myself to share our personal and professional experiences with companies thereby allowing the latter to make more customer centric products. I was able to make more than 500$ in a few months sharing my thoughts and giving as little as 5 minutes and as much as 1 hour of my time (if & when required). Overall, it's a YES! Be it from an experience point of view or from payments point of view (which gets processed exactly 1 week after taking the test).

Great Consumer Feedback/Testing Site I like the fact that giving feedback or taking tests via their platform/app is very easy. It will give you all you need when making a feedback or test, including a screensharing app. I also appreciate the fact that payouts are through Paypal and very quick - others would give you "points" which you need to "save" to "buy rewards". Finally, I like that their customer service team is very responsive when I contact them for any concern/question I have.

I have not been able to get passed the verification process I have not been able to get passed the verifying the PayPal part. I am suspicious at best because the look and feel of the Paypal they want you to link with is nowhere near what I use. Colors alone are off-putting, and then there is no way of locating an ID to enter into my more legit-looking PayPal app to make the verification this way. I don't trust giving my information over. I know PayPal has verified my account information because I have made transactions in the past. This "verification process" through User Testing should not be so difficult and should be more transparent. There are critical elements missing to make me trust them.

Usertesting is by far the fairest… Usertesting is by far the fairest company of its kind that I carry out tasks for. It is fair paying, very helpful and once you reach 4 stars or above you generally get around 5 tasks a week at least. On top of this, if a test doesn't work or is cancelled their end, you are often compensated. They genuinely seem to care about their workers and that is sensible as doing so encourages people to work well and provide useful feedback. I would definitely recommend signing up.

It works! Usertesting is a great site for those who like to help companies become better, and more efficient, and make a little cash while doing so. I've always been a firm believer that companies should listen more closely to their target audience and this site enables them to do so. Usertesting always pays on time, and while it is not much money per test, at the end of the month it can add up.
