I got two one star ratings for no… I got two one star ratings for no reason. I am no longer eligible to take any more tests. User Testing told me that I was outside of the country which wasn't true. I am based in the UK and did not travel anywhere. I hd tried to contact the support multiple times and have never heard back. Do not recommend using this platform.

Tester highly satisfied! Tester highly satisfied! I am a tester for Usertesting. It has been a great experience. I typically get 5-6 tests per week. I think i could get more if I monitored the available tests more often. If a test gets interrupted or there was a problem, Usertesting has always given me full or partial credit. Problems rarely happen though. Usertesting site is honest about time commitment and payment process. Customer service is helpful. I would and have recommended them to others wanted to make a little fun money.

This isn't something to replace your 9-5 job, but rather a way to earn SUPPLEMENTAL income, your earnings on UT all depend on the time, effort, your demographics, and feedback you provide on these tests. Can take a while to find a qualifying test, but don't be disheartened as usertesting pays well compared to other survey sites. So far I have made over $600.

I've always been a firm believer that companies should listen more closely to their target audience and this site enables them to do so. Usertesting always pays on time, and while it is not much money per test, at the end of the month it can add up.
