I am based in the UK and did not travel anywhere. I hd tried to contact the support multiple times and have never heard back. Do not recommend using this platform.

This isn't something to replace your 9-5 job, but rather a way to earn SUPPLEMENTAL income, your earnings on UT all depend on the time, effort, your demographics, and feedback you provide on these tests. Legit, but frustrating UserTesting does pay what it promises, however it can take a lot of time to get through all the "screener" tests before finally being eligible for the actual paid test. I am generally eligible for tests 1-3 times per week. If the site glitches and you are unable to complete the test or if the test does not upload to the customer correctly, they will not pay. It's a good source of a little extra cash if you have a lot of extra time on your hands.

A genuine and decent test platform I've been using UT for several months now, along with other similar apps. UT is far and away the best one. Yes, you have to complete quite a few screener surveys before being accepted to one, and you won't make millions. You also have to ensure you complete tests properly, as some of them will give you a star rating. But you can legitimately get to take part in a couple of surveys a week if you put the effort in and answer honestly.
