Great side hustle to do online or at home User Testing is a great side hustle to have or do online or from the comfort of your home. This isn't something to replace your 9-5 job, but rather a way to earn SUPPLEMENTAL income, your earnings on UT all depend on the time, effort, your demographics, and feedback you provide on these tests. I've made over $400 this month of December on UT. I do other side hustles and gigs as a self-employed gig worker such as online surveys and UberEATS deliveries.

I got two one star ratings for no… I got two one star ratings for no reason. I am no longer eligible to take any more tests. User Testing told me that I was outside of the country which wasn't true. I am based in the UK and did not travel anywhere. I hd tried to contact the support multiple times and have never heard back. Do not recommend using this platform.

Absolutely brilliant company! I have nothing but love for this amazing company. Usertesting pays users like myself to share our personal and professional experiences with companies thereby allowing the latter to make more customer centric products. I was able to make more than 500$ in a few months sharing my thoughts and giving as little as 5 minutes and as much as 1 hour of my time (if & when required). Overall, it's a YES! Be it from an experience point of view or from payments point of view (which gets processed exactly 1 week after taking the test).

Tester highly satisfied! Tester highly satisfied! I am a tester for Usertesting. It has been a great experience. I typically get 5-6 tests per week. I think i could get more if I monitored the available tests more often. If a test gets interrupted or there was a problem, Usertesting has always given me full or partial credit. Problems rarely happen though. Usertesting site is honest about time commitment and payment process. Customer service is helpful. I would and have recommended them to others wanted to make a little fun money.

I have not been able to get passed the verification process I have not been able to get passed the verifying the PayPal part. I am suspicious at best because the look and feel of the Paypal they want you to link with is nowhere near what I use. Colors alone are off-putting, and then there is no way of locating an ID to enter into my more legit-looking PayPal app to make the verification this way. I don't trust giving my information over. I know PayPal has verified my account information because I have made transactions in the past. This "verification process" through User Testing should not be so difficult and should be more transparent. There are critical elements missing to make me trust them.
