These are real companies needing real opinions - not endless surveys asking you the same questions over and over. You actually get to make a difference! Payment is always on time and without problems. I have no hesitation in recommending people give this a go. I am so glad I did!

Works great I have been with Usretesting since April and it works very well. I wish I would have more tests as a tester with them, but the ones that are available on the platform are working great. I would encourage businesses to use user testing as a platform because it just has the capacity and capability to provide the software needed and support. My advice: Stay away from them. Looks like this review is full of fake 5 stars reviews of so enthusiastic people . The truth is far from those fake reviews. The company is not professional at all, will make you work, make take a test when they will record your screen then shut down your account for no reason.

Great Consumer Feedback/Testing Site I like the fact that giving feedback or taking tests via their platform/app is very easy. It will give you all you need when making a feedback or test, including a screensharing app. I also appreciate the fact that payouts are through Paypal and very quick - others would give you "points" which you need to "save" to "buy rewards". Finally, I like that their customer service team is very responsive when I contact them for any concern/question I have.
