A genuine and decent test platform I've been using UT for several months now, along with other similar apps. UT is far and away the best one. Yes, you have to complete quite a few screener surveys before being accepted to one, and you won't make millions. You also have to ensure you complete tests properly, as some of them will give you a star rating. But you can legitimately get to take part in a couple of surveys a week if you put the effort in and answer honestly.

This isn't something to replace your 9-5 job, but rather a way to earn SUPPLEMENTAL income, your earnings on UT all depend on the time, effort, your demographics, and feedback you provide on these tests. I've made over $400 this month of December on UT. I do other side hustles and gigs as a self-employed gig worker such as online surveys and UberEATS deliveries.

Works great I have been with Usretesting since April and it works very well. I wish I would have more tests as a tester with them, but the ones that are available on the platform are working great. I would encourage businesses to use user testing as a platform because it just has the capacity and capability to provide the software needed and support. Frustrating It is legit and when it works it's a good way to make extra cash but it takes a long time to find a test you're qualified to do and the support service is non existent! It took ages for them to review my practice test and then my first paid test. And then one customer left me a 1 star rating which was really unfair and since then I haven't been able to get any more test invites!

Absolutely brilliant company! I have nothing but love for this amazing company. Usertesting pays users like myself to share our personal and professional experiences with companies thereby allowing the latter to make more customer centric products. I was able to make more than 500$ in a few months sharing my thoughts and giving as little as 5 minutes and as much as 1 hour of my time (if & when required). Overall, it's a YES! Be it from an experience point of view or from payments point of view (which gets processed exactly 1 week after taking the test).
