Great Consumer Feedback/Testing Site I like the fact that giving feedback or taking tests via their platform/app is very easy. It will give you all you need when making a feedback or test, including a screensharing app. I also appreciate the fact that payouts are through Paypal and very quick - others would give you "points" which you need to "save" to "buy rewards". Finally, I like that their customer service team is very responsive when I contact them for any concern/question I have.

Great way to earn extra cash Great way to earn extra cash. Easy to use, just keep the usertesting tab open when browsing the web and wait for the 'ding' when a new test is available. Can take a while to find a qualifying test, but don't be disheartened as usertesting pays well compared to other survey sites. So far I have made over $600.

Absolutely brilliant company! I have nothing but love for this amazing company. Usertesting pays users like myself to share our personal and professional experiences with companies thereby allowing the latter to make more customer centric products. I was able to make more than 500$ in a few months sharing my thoughts and giving as little as 5 minutes and as much as 1 hour of my time (if & when required). Overall, it's a YES! Be it from an experience point of view or from payments point of view (which gets processed exactly 1 week after taking the test).

I got two one star ratings for no… I got two one star ratings for no reason. I am no longer eligible to take any more tests. User Testing told me that I was outside of the country which wasn't true. I am based in the UK and did not travel anywhere. I hd tried to contact the support multiple times and have never heard back. Do not recommend using this platform.

No support whatsoever No support whatsoever #4904601C I found a test on Usertesting. I immediately qualified and I immediately completed the test. Only telling me over a month later that I took too long and completed the test after the date I was eligible for it. Then why was it on the website? Of course, there’s no way to dispute it….wow
