I got two one star ratings for no… I got two one star ratings for no reason. I am no longer eligible to take any more tests. User Testing told me that I was outside of the country which wasn't true. I am based in the UK and did not travel anywhere. I hd tried to contact the support multiple times and have never heard back. Do not recommend using this platform.

I have not been able to get passed the verification process I have not been able to get passed the verifying the PayPal part. I am suspicious at best because the look and feel of the Paypal they want you to link with is nowhere near what I use. Colors alone are off-putting, and then there is no way of locating an ID to enter into my more legit-looking PayPal app to make the verification this way. I don't trust giving my information over. I know PayPal has verified my account information because I have made transactions in the past. This "verification process" through User Testing should not be so difficult and should be more transparent. There are critical elements missing to make me trust them.

UserTesting is Amazing!! I've been using UserTesting for many years and it is an amazing platform! It's sophisticated and easy to use. It connects me with companies where I give genuine feedback on websites, prototypes, and videos to help improve their services or message. And, I earn extra cash that really adds up!

A genuine and decent test platform I've been using UT for several months now, along with other similar apps. UT is far and away the best one. Yes, you have to complete quite a few screener surveys before being accepted to one, and you won't make millions. You also have to ensure you complete tests properly, as some of them will give you a star rating. But you can legitimately get to take part in a couple of surveys a week if you put the effort in and answer honestly.

Tester highly satisfied! Tester highly satisfied! I am a tester for Usertesting. It has been a great experience. I typically get 5-6 tests per week. I think i could get more if I monitored the available tests more often. If a test gets interrupted or there was a problem, Usertesting has always given me full or partial credit. Problems rarely happen though. Usertesting site is honest about time commitment and payment process. Customer service is helpful. I would and have recommended them to others wanted to make a little fun money.
