This isn't something to replace your 9-5 job, but rather a way to earn SUPPLEMENTAL income, your earnings on UT all depend on the time, effort, your demographics, and feedback you provide on these tests. Easy, reliable, interesting I've been a tester for years, and I've always been happy with my experience. The system is easy to use overall, and the tests are usually quick enough that they don't take up huge amounts of your time. Payment is always on time, and it's always interesting to see a new product/site come out a few months later and know that you're one of the people who influenced its development

I got two one star ratings for no… I got two one star ratings for no reason. I am no longer eligible to take any more tests. User Testing told me that I was outside of the country which wasn't true. I am based in the UK and did not travel anywhere. I hd tried to contact the support multiple times and have never heard back. Do not recommend using this platform.

My advice: Stay away from them. Looks like this review is full of fake 5 stars reviews of so enthusiastic people . The truth is far from those fake reviews. The company is not professional at all, will make you work, make take a test when they will record your screen then shut down your account for no reason.

Works great I have been with Usretesting since April and it works very well. I wish I would have more tests as a tester with them, but the ones that are available on the platform are working great. I would encourage businesses to use user testing as a platform because it just has the capacity and capability to provide the software needed and support. Unlikely many other platforms that have technical problems all the time and no support, this one works great. Very pleased with them. Thanks, userstesting!
