A LEGIT SIDE HUSTLE Usertesting.com has been one of the great side hustle I do for more than 2 years. an average of 200$ per year is good enough since I am not spending anything to join a panel review or UI website testing. My background is tech so I had experience reviewing UI of competitors of popular mobile app and crypto. Looking forward for more UI testing and interviews.

I have not been able to get passed the verification process I have not been able to get passed the verifying the PayPal part. I am suspicious at best because the look and feel of the Paypal they want you to link with is nowhere near what I use. Colors alone are off-putting, and then there is no way of locating an ID to enter into my more legit-looking PayPal app to make the verification this way. I don't trust giving my information over. I know PayPal has verified my account information because I have made transactions in the past. This "verification process" through User Testing should not be so difficult and should be more transparent. There are critical elements missing to make me trust them.

Absolutely brilliant company! I have nothing but love for this amazing company. Usertesting pays users like myself to share our personal and professional experiences with companies thereby allowing the latter to make more customer centric products. I was able to make more than 500$ in a few months sharing my thoughts and giving as little as 5 minutes and as much as 1 hour of my time (if & when required). Overall, it's a YES! Be it from an experience point of view or from payments point of view (which gets processed exactly 1 week after taking the test).

My advice: Stay away from them. Looks like this review is full of fake 5 stars reviews of so enthusiastic people . The truth is far from those fake reviews. The company is not professional at all, will make you work, make take a test when they will record your screen then shut down your account for no reason.

Legit, but frustrating UserTesting does pay what it promises, however it can take a lot of time to get through all the "screener" tests before finally being eligible for the actual paid test. I am generally eligible for tests 1-3 times per week. If the site glitches and you are unable to complete the test or if the test does not upload to the customer correctly, they will not pay. It's a good source of a little extra cash if you have a lot of extra time on your hands.
