I think i could get more if I monitored the available tests more often. If a test gets interrupted or there was a problem, Usertesting has always given me full or partial credit. Problems rarely happen though. Usertesting site is honest about time commitment and payment process. Customer service is helpful. I would and have recommended them to others wanted to make a little fun money.
