Legit, but frustrating UserTesting does pay what it promises, however it can take a lot of time to get through all the "screener" tests before finally being eligible for the actual paid test. I am generally eligible for tests 1-3 times per week. If the site glitches and you are unable to complete the test or if the test does not upload to the customer correctly, they will not pay. It's a good source of a little extra cash if you have a lot of extra time on your hands.

It will give you all you need when making a feedback or test, including a screensharing app. I also appreciate the fact that payouts are through Paypal and very quick - others would give you "points" which you need to "save" to "buy rewards". Finally, I like that their customer service team is very responsive when I contact them for any concern/question I have.

A genuine and decent test platform I've been using UT for several months now, along with other similar apps. UT is far and away the best one. Yes, you have to complete quite a few screener surveys before being accepted to one, and you won't make millions. You also have to ensure you complete tests properly, as some of them will give you a star rating. But you can legitimately get to take part in a couple of surveys a week if you put the effort in and answer honestly.
