It works! Usertesting is a great site for those who like to help companies become better, and more efficient, and make a little cash while doing so. I've always been a firm believer that companies should listen more closely to their target audience and this site enables them to do so. Usertesting always pays on time, and while it is not much money per test, at the end of the month it can add up.

No support whatsoever No support whatsoever #4904601C I found a test on Usertesting. I immediately qualified and I immediately completed the test. Only telling me over a month later that I took too long and completed the test after the date I was eligible for it. Then why was it on the website? Of course, there’s no way to dispute it….wow

My advice: Stay away from them. Looks like this review is full of fake 5 stars reviews of so enthusiastic people . The truth is far from those fake reviews. The company is not professional at all, will make you work, make take a test when they will record your screen then shut down your account for no reason.

Easy, reliable, interesting I've been a tester for years, and I've always been happy with my experience. The system is easy to use overall, and the tests are usually quick enough that they don't take up huge amounts of your time. Payment is always on time, and it's always interesting to see a new product/site come out a few months later and know that you're one of the people who influenced its development
