No customer service I bought 3 lots of software from nch-as the company had such good reviews (Prism Video Converter Home Edition: 8270220000831, Pixillion Image Format Converter Premium Edition: 8270220010831 and Switch Audio File Converter Plus - Commercial License: 8270220020831) but none of them work on my pc. I have tried to contact NCH but ive had no answer from them- aside from a default email to say they have emails. I spent over £60 pounds (£60.68) on software that doesnt work and cant get a response from the company. Does anyone have another way to contact them?

Message saying my Trial period is over? I have used, then bought Video Pad Editor, absolutely enjoy how intuitive it is... however, when I bought the pro version I was under the assumption it was a one-time buy, and now I keep getting splash screens that say my trial period is over, please purchase... What is going on here? I don't want to re-buy the same product over and over... ???

Brilliant time-to-time, when i need some little bits like burn cd (yes, still burning cds sometimes) or quick audio edit, ive found some free app from them. the software is not super beautiful, but does the job perfectly and its free. Ive seen loads of bad reviews (as well as good ones), but i cant say nothing wrong. Ive had no issue at all. I really appreciate they work and if i need to use the software more often i'll be happy to get the paid version to support them.

Bought their audioconverter Bought their audioconverter. worked fine. unfortunately they "forgot" to tell, that I had to pay again after a year. So no go from me.
