Very useful for the novice! I am still in learning curve mode. I have made some controls customizations, and output settings to fit my needs. I am pleased that the software is easy to learn, and implement. I am using it to take "video notes" for my financial education. Overall I am VERY PLEASED with experience!! As you know we don't have time to waste, and this software lets me jump right in!!

NCH Software I use a number of NCH Software's programmes, mainly WavePad and particularly Videopad, and occasionally others, and they are exemplary, easy and clear to use with a consistent front-end interface between programmes. This makes moving between them relatively straightforward. Equally significantly, support to resolve any difficulties has been equally exemplary being fast and helpful. Thoroughly recommended.

Brilliant time-to-time, when i need some little bits like burn cd (yes, still burning cds sometimes) or quick audio edit, ive found some free app from them. the software is not super beautiful, but does the job perfectly and its free. Ive seen loads of bad reviews (as well as good ones), but i cant say nothing wrong. Ive had no issue at all. I really appreciate they work and if i need to use the software more often i'll be happy to get the paid version to support them.

No customer service I bought 3 lots of software from nch-as the company had such good reviews (Prism Video Converter Home Edition: 8270220000831, Pixillion Image Format Converter Premium Edition: 8270220010831 and Switch Audio File Converter Plus - Commercial License: 8270220020831) but none of them work on my pc. I have tried to contact NCH but ive had no answer from them- aside from a default email to say they have emails. I spent over £60 pounds (£60.68) on software that doesnt work and cant get a response from the company. Does anyone have another way to contact them?
