GBApex Gaming really isn't so hot I ordered my PC back in December. So I've waited three months. My first delivery date was missed because of a supposed supply issue. Problem is no one contacted me and it took two emails to get a response. First one friendly of course my next one which I was clearly upset finally got a response. This is where I start to believe that they are a cash in cash out type business. I email them asking if I can get concrete information on when my PC would ship because the second quotes date was delayed on their order tracker. Now I have an issue with my processor not being in stock. I wasn't told about this last month so they clearly used it in another's build. Or they are entirely incompetent. Which either isn't good. Do not order from Apex they will delay your build for various non-specific problems. I know someone else who ordered a PC from them the same day and had the exact same experience. Except his engineer which is the only decent part of their staff helped him because he was so shocked at the delay. Update: I originally gave the company a one star. I will say after experiencing more problems with inventory management incompetence or what a symptom of what I stated above they did atleast upgrade my graphics card for the issues and once everything was in the PC was promptly built and shipped. Glad to have a PC but I can't recommend Apex PCs. I just happened to make a big enough stink.

GBThey make good stuff They make good stuff. As you wait for your computer, they have a step by step description of what's happening. If there is an issue with a part or just a better part they reach out personally. I would recommend as much as the creators they partner with.

GBI had to send my pc back for repair and… I had to send my pc back for repair and it did take a week longer than I was originally told but John was friendly and communicative through the whole process. My RTX 3070 was replaced without charge and I was only charged for the shipping cost of the PC. This was one of the easier warranty repair processes I have gone through.

GBI had a great experience with Kerbe… I had a great experience with Kerbe during my most recent phone call to apex support. My son was having issues identifying which of the adaptors connects to our wifi. She spent over 20 minutes on the phone with us connecting the device to configuring the wireless settings and I did not feel rushed at any point. As others have pointed out they do take a while to deliver but it was well worth thw wait.
