Yes, sometimes wait times can be high but I believe that speaks to how busy Apex is because they are a great company to work with.My PC has been working well since I purchased it and I have never had issues playing AAA titles

They make good stuff They make good stuff. As you wait for your computer, they have a step by step description of what's happening. If there is an issue with a part or just a better part they reach out personally. I would recommend as much as the creators they partner with.
