Beware Beware. We have had them for several years and in the last year or two the service has declined to a point that we are going to switch EHR systems. They were bought out by Eyecare leaders and once that happened, the customer service is terrible. They tell you they will do something and never follow through. They rarely return your calls and have a terrible bed side manner. When it was just owned by My Vision Express, it was great, but now is a different story. DO NOT USE THEM.

Have previously obtained glasses from…Complete honesty Have previously obtained glasses from Vision Express in the Balby, Doncaster Tesco. Excellent service from the optician. Thorough examination and explained everything clearly. Advised that there was a very slight change to my prescription, it was up to me whether I had new glasses but I was unlikely to see any improvement from them. If I experienced any problems to certainly come back, booked appointment next year. Thanked him for his honesty. No pressure to change my glasses so decided to wait until next year.

Absolutely dreadful experience Had eye test, asked for 2 pairs of glasses to be Reglazed to prescription, cost over £500 Initial visit was ok. Went to pick up first pair and was directed to waiting area without taking any info, and left there for 55 minutes while staff took breaks and shop cleared. Second pair too a few weeks to arrive. Prescription is not correct. The nose pad broke off on the second pair and when I went back to ask for it to be replaced was told that there are not nose pads available so can’t help - in spite of guarantee! All in all I will need to have a repeat test and get new glasses elsewhere, £500+ lighter. So I suggest going somewhere else

Vision Expess - Sidmouth Not a great experience with them in 2020 and £138 wasted on a pair of glasses 🤓 and lenses in another. The frame in one pair snapped. The frame has been discontinued and if wanted another pair of glasses, I would need to pay for them. In another pair of glasses, I asked for lenses to be put in - exact same prescription as the ones I’m wearing (just incase I lost or broke them). They came back wrong. When I visited the store, lack of help, customer service and contradicting information given by staff member. Not impressed and won’t be going back there again!!!!!
