Vision Expess - Sidmouth Not a great experience with them in 2020 and £138 wasted on a pair of glasses 🤓 and lenses in another. The frame in one pair snapped. The frame has been discontinued and if wanted another pair of glasses, I would need to pay for them. In another pair of glasses, I asked for lenses to be put in - exact same prescription as the ones I’m wearing (just incase I lost or broke them). They came back wrong. When I visited the store, lack of help, customer service and contradicting information given by staff member. Not impressed and won’t be going back there again!!!!!

Best Optical Software I Ever Used As I was in need of optical software for my store located in Weston Florida I just googled “best optical software at affordable rate” and came to know about so many companies who are offering optometry software. I was puzzled and failed to choose anyone from the list I found through my search. Then I decided to check the software demo of those companies who offers free demos for their software online. After checking the software demonstrations of different companies online I decided to sign up and go with My Vision Express. Though I obtained their free trial for a few days and then I decided to buy their software. Right now I am using their software for my store and I am really satisfied with its functionality. It saves time, reduces paper work and makes all sorts of billing process easy. So any optician can use this software for their optical store. I strongly recommend this software for any other optical practices as well.

I had contact lenses from vision… I had contact lenses from vision express and these damage your eyes. no warning about health risks about wearing silicon lenses from staff until 10 years later

Very Easy and Powerful My Vision Express is very easy to use. Right now I'm only using it for the practice management, mainly for inventory reasons. I can keep track of what comes in and leaves the practice very easily. Also, no more writing orders, which means no filing. As for the vendor, the support has been excellent. Any issues I have run in to (very little by the way), have been resolved very quickly.
