Thorough examination and explained everything clearly. Advised that there was a very slight change to my prescription, it was up to me whether I had new glasses but I was unlikely to see any improvement from them. If I experienced any problems to certainly come back, booked appointment next year. Thanked him for his honesty. No pressure to change my glasses so decided to wait until next year.

The best Vision Express Store in Glasgow.... I popped into my favourite Vision Express store in Byres Road earlier today. I just needed a wee tweak to my glasses to tighten them. I have left 12 messages and sent two emails since January 6th and not one response!! The emails have gone to two different people. Horrible. I have started looking for an alternate vendor. They do not even deserve one star.
