GBHave previously obtained glasses from…Complete honesty Have previously obtained glasses from Vision Express in the Balby, Doncaster Tesco. Excellent service from the optician. Thorough examination and explained everything clearly. Advised that there was a very slight change to my prescription, it was up to me whether I had new glasses but I was unlikely to see any improvement from them. If I experienced any problems to certainly come back, booked appointment next year. Thanked him for his honesty. No pressure to change my glasses so decided to wait until next year.

GBAmazing Customer service Maddy B!! (Frenchgate Doncaster) Amazing Customer service Maddy B!! Myself and my husband attended the Frenchgate store on Saturday the 11th January for eye tests. The service, atmosphere and general feel of the store was really pleasant. What made the experience even better was the assistance of Maddy B (shift 5097) Maddy was informative, helpful with a lovely personality to suit. Nothing was too much effort and we both felt comfortable and unrushed throughout the whole time we were there. Neither of us can wait for our new glasses and contact lenses to arrive and we would both highly recommend the Frenchgate store.

GBThe best Vision Express Store in Glasgow.... I popped into my favourite Vision Express store in Byres Road earlier today. I just needed a wee tweak to my glasses to tighten them. As always Robert and his staff were ever so kind as always. It’s a real delight and honour to be looked after by Robert and his great team of staff !! 🙋♀️🙋♀️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

CAjust an overpriced and very basic emr just an overpriced and very basic emr. service is subpar. COO kevin is a subpar human being let alone an executive. He displays the knowledge of a college junior and the intelligence of a car salesman. chose carefully ! data extraction once you want to leave this nightmare situation will cost over 10000$ Usd

GBBeware Beware. We have had them for several years and in the last year or two the service has declined to a point that we are going to switch EHR systems. They were bought out by Eyecare leaders and once that happened, the customer service is terrible. They tell you they will do something and never follow through. They rarely return your calls and have a terrible bed side manner. When it was just owned by My Vision Express, it was great, but now is a different story. DO NOT USE THEM.
