SCAMMERS! I ordered Jelly 2 phone on the website, Paid with paypal. To the Netherlands. After 2 days i got ONLY a tracking code without Shipping company information. After sending about 10 e-mails with the question: What company did you use to ship phone? i only got an email with ONLY the tracking code again without any information. After 2 weeks of asking the shipping company name, i finally got an email with the company name: DHL I tracked this code on the DHL.com website and it said: YOUR SHIPMENT IS SEND BACK TO THE SELLER. SO UNIHERTZ WAITED TO PROVIDE ME WITH INFORMATION UNTILL IT WAS SEND BACK TO THEM! DONT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMING COMPANY ITS A SHAME!!!! INSTEAD OF SAYING SORRY: UNIHERTZ EMAIL SAID: You should gave the correct adress. How did you send my package if you had a wrong adress? WHY did you not provide me with information BEFORE it was send back? NOW I HAVE TO DEAL WITH STUPID PAYPAL REFUND!

jelly2 - incredible tiny phone I bought a jelly 2 around 2020 after considerable market research of the less known brands. It is an incredible little phone with two sim cards that does everything a large phone does (if you have good eyes and small fingers). It makes steady wifi calls, which is an important feature when we are overseas. On occasion, however, it fails to start, enters into a chinese menu, and I have much trouble restarting it in English. I could buy a newer model, but I read everyone's frustration with deliveries and scamming, so I hesitate. It's a pity.

Very good Service! Very good Service and Communication. They even contacted me for a mistake in my order (if carry case and protection glass are for different models, one might be wrong...), we fixed it via email and the correct stuff was delivered quickly to Europe. If Unihertz now manages to get latest Android Updates, it's perfect :-)

Great tech company Ordered the new Luna phone as a birthday present, the company said it would shop in April, and it did! Great phone, great service. Would buy from Unihertz again without hesitation.

No problems at all No problems, ordered Jelly 2 on their webshop, recieved the phone 2 days later via UPS in DK(the EU version of the phone). Didn't get no option to have it delivered to a package-shop though. The package was at my front-door a bit risky. But all in all a good experience so faar :)
