They will install there own virus and malware onto your computer and then try to charge (extort) you for it. You can discover this for yourself by googling their number 1-800-785-1947. If you did allow them remote access to your computer you need to bring your computer into a real IT expert to remove what they put on it. Don't trust any pop-ups on your computer telling you to phone them for help. This is their blackmail tactic. If you did give them money, have your credit card company revoke the charges. And if they continually call and harass you, call your local police department.
